Very patient and kind people. Shoutout to Raj and Hye. They helped me greatly with getting a new phone. I highly recommend this AT&T. Totally gives great deals. Got my phone for 5.99 cents a month.

My family and I have been AT & T customers at the Howell location for several years. I went in today (2/22/2025 11:30am) and was never even acknowledged by the only employee on duty. Yes he was assisting a customer but this is the 2nd time I have walked into this store and not been greeted and told I’ll be with you when I finish helping the customer before you. When I finally asked how long he simply said “i have no idea” AT & T you need to do better in training your employees to simply be pleasant, polite and acknowledge people. It’s a shame I will have to take my business to another location. On a positive note I have had a good experience with the manager Hye in the past.

Went to trade in sansung for iPhone 16
PAUL DISTRICT MANSGER ASSISTED ME..ORDERED phone Thurs.1/30.
Recd text and emsil telling me it was delivered 1/31 to Howell.store
Finally after 3 calls and being told it wasn't there I wentbto the store and was told again it wasn't there..
They contacted Paul..district manager and told me he would call me shortly..finally I left but waited for my call...i called the store agsin and was told he was there and would csll.me right back...well 1 day later and no one has reached out to me.
What kind of service is that,????

Hye Zahid was wonderful he explained everything perfectly and made sure we were helped and comfortable. He made us feel at home and i was a first time At&t customer definitely very happy switching over to At&t definitely the best service i’ve had 😊

Just transferred from Verizon over to AT&T. Verizon was a nightmare on the phone, transferred me several times, and hung up on me, but the AT&T manager Hye and the representative Stalin were incredibly patient and helpful to make this visit successful!
