Pulled up to an empty pump. Was told I had to move because that side was closed. Then I had to wait longer because "he was by himself". Almost just drove away. Won't come back. Not worth the pennies im saving on gas

One of the better priced stations in the area especially if you use premium gas. Having my gas on the passenger side always makes the wait a lot less. Attendants always seem to be in a good mood as well.

everything was fine but a few pumps were open (with long lines otherwise) however until you pull close enough to it you wouldn't be able to see that, someone should be directing traffic...

I was in the neighborhood, stopped for gas. Less expensive than almost everyone else, $.15 additional off for BJ members. Efficient most of the time, but could use more help with pumps.

It's annoying that you aren't allowed to turn around so if your gas is on the driver's side be prepared to wait in line because it seems most cars have it on the driver's side and the people with their gas on the passenger side seem to get in and out right away. It's stupid but I put up with it and wait in line because the gas is way cheaper than anywhere else. Gas attendants are always very nice despite the long endless line of cars they have to deal with. Bottom line cheap gas long lines unless you're lucky enough to have your gas on the passenger side.

Extremely slow service because gas hose does not reach both side of the gas tank, leaving one side completely empty because most car tanks located on the left side. This can easily be fixed with longer hose like Costco. But BJ doesn’t care as much as his competitors. Not worth aggravation.

Cheapest gas around you can't beat it, the only problem is it gets overcrowded most of the times like a parking lot.

Gas pumps are a joke! Super slow and never enough attendants at NJ locations especially Howell NJ. When are you going to restrict gas purchases to members like Costco did? Time to wise up BJ's.

Wouldn't accept my membership/credit card, after going into store to report problem I went back and pumps were EXTREMELY slow. It took me a total of 25 minutes to fill my half empty tank.

Great prices but horrible service the gas attendants. Are you busy on the phone and close down most of the gas pumps because they are lazy.

Price is good, need more service attendants working. Poor employees run like their being chased, trying to keep up with gas demands.

Huge lines. Fair price. Not enough people working to get in/out timely. Go on off hours (e.g. 5pm Sat)
