I have had experiences with auto body shops in the past and they weren't always pleasant. I'm not one for hyperbole so believe me when I say this was the best, most satisfying experience I've ever had. County Line came recommended and I've thanked the person who referred me to your business a number of times.
I first dealt with Barry who went over the areas of concern with me, very carefully and thoroughly. He was very pleasant, very professional and I had a full understanding of the work that was to be done.
Then through the whole process I received phone updates as well as text messages all from Emily, who was another great representative of County Line Auto Body. I knew what was happening, what to expect and when to expect it and there were no delays in the service at all. I highly recommend both Barry and Emily and will do so very happily in the future.
A big thank you for making this an excellent, memorable business transaction. I was really treated as a valued customer and I appreciate it.

Unfortunately, I have had to use County Line Auto several times Due to a few accidents that were other people‘s fault. Not because they were bad but because they provide terrific service customer service quality all around good people. Everyone from the girls in the front to the Service text to Rich himself always treat me with the utmost professionalism and good customer service which has made me refer other clients to them.

I would never take another car here or tell anyone to take a car here. They completely screwed me and gave me an estimate that was way over priced which led to my csr being totaled and now left with no car, because of a few scratches and a dent. Terrible place!

Always great service with a family atmosphere. These are the folks that can fix vehicles considered mild to wild. N they have tons of certifications other shops don’t put in the time or dime to get.
