I would not bring any device here! They messed up on a simple charging port repair! Won’t take responsibility for it! Also broke the lcd in the screen! Now costing me more money to fix! DO NOT RECOMMEND! Also I’ll quote “how is that our fault” from the gentleman at the store.

I've been to this shop a few times now, and they've all been positive. I've used them for cell phone screen protectors, changing a broken charging port, installing a new battery and a smart watch repair. I've found them to be knowledgeable, absolutely fair priced and most importantly I've found them to be honest. They've been friendly and I've never felt pressured or upsold anything! This is a gem of a business for Howell.

On 10/7/24 we went to CPR cell repair in Howell and had an excellent encounter with Bob and Shane. I was told I needed a port and battery on my iPhone 7. They both were professional, knowledgeable, patient, and answered all our questions concerns and requests. The part was ordered and repaired the following day. We are Seniors and wanted to keep our cell phones for a while longer. Thank you Bob and Shane for all your kindness and expertise on handling our cell phone needs. We will continue to rave and recommend your business.
