Already transferred most of our medications to Amazon pharmacy. Can’t deal with this people anymore… bad customer service is how companies go out of business and people end up on the unemployment line. Good job cvs pharmacy, your employees will put you out of business.

Literally the worst pharmacy I ever had to deal with. They take no ownership of their errors, argue with you about prescriptions, don't fill prescriptions on time, refuse to actually look at your file, and hang up on you. There are, of course, employees that are fine, but there are quite a few that are rude and clearly don't care, which is detrimental to their customers who may need medication in order to function in their daily lives and, oh I don't know, actually live? I fully intend on changing pharmacies. A pharmacy shouldn't mess with people's health.

This CVS used to be the best. Former pharmacist Irene was super, terrific & ran it it like a well oiled machine. As well as her kindness & efficiency she was a pleasure. NOW it's become the most awful Pharmacy I ever dealt with! If you go hold good luck getting someone to pick up your call. They have no courtesy & calling you with an update does not exist. Instead I had to call for days to find out a medication that was promised to come in never did. CVS put me through the worst anxiety & frustration. I'm switching ASAP.

Waited over 30 minutes for a vaccine myHusband and I had an appointment for--they only did me, as they were going to make my husband wait another 30 minutes? Understaffed and unorganized. Go to Walgreens

Terrible pharmacy. They constantly have the drive thru closed (not optimal when you have an infant), have issues with prescriptions being filled just about every month and they’re just not helpful at all. Can’t wait for Amazon pharmacy to be fully open.

The people who work inside the store are great; minus the logic of the pharmacist. I understand the drive thru pharmacy can take some time. Not the issue. I waited at least 25 minutes to realize everyone in front of me was taking a covid test. When they returned their test they put it inside the drawer the pharmacist uses to give you things or for you to give them things. Rather than putting the test in a drop box to respect others safety the test is being put in the same spot where the pharmacist are giving you your prescriptions. BUT opening the window to talk... The person in front of me put the test inside the drawer without realizing it wasn't completely closed, touched the test and the drawer to properly close it. I was very disappointed to see the test be given back to the pharmacist through the drawer and for the pharmacist to never think of sanitizing it after every person who got a test done and retuned it through there. It didn't make sense to me why cvs thinks this process is ok or safe because it's not. So I thought maybe this person won't give me my prescription through the drawer since I wasn't there for a covid test.I pull up just for the prescription to be given to me through the same drawer the person testing for covid just put their test in and touched. So unsanitary and for a "pharmacy" I would think they knew better and would avoid a process like this. The best part is then the pharmacist opened the window to talk to me have me sign something and directly hand me a recipe... if they can do that why not hand me my prescription rather than rubbing it into germs or exposing me to potential covid. Wasn't happy and think a pharmacy should do a lot better. I will never go through the drive thru but also will not be using this specific cvs due to this and other reasons in the past.

Excellent pharmacy staff. Intelligent, warm, competent, kind and fast. Irene and Nicholas are amazing pharmacists and Annie is a pleasant employee that goes out of her way to help someone. Love this CVS branch.

Fed up with Walgreens. Pharmaceutical staff is more competent and professional than Walgreens in the area. Also it doesn't take forever to have your script filled, again unlike Walgreens.
