I AM A DIABETIC AND CANNOT WAIT FOR OVER 2 WEEKS TO HAVE PRESCRIPTIONS FILLED.
Wish I could give zero stars. The most incompetent pharmacist. I have been waiting for 2 1/2 weeks for diabetes prescriptions. First, they said they were out of stock, and they were ordered and would be in a few days. A week later nothing. Then someone from the pharmacy deleted one of the prescriptions and I had to have doctor call it in again. Pharmacist herself said she placed the orders and they would be in in a day or two
but five days later still nothing and when
I called and spoke with her again she tried to blame it on her staff member. She lied she had ordered wrong ones. She then said the correct ones were ordered and will be here on Monday.
Well, today is Monday and according to the app they returned the prescriptions to stock because I didn’t pick it up. But on another page one prescription has no refills and the other one has 3
I never picked anything up and they never filled them. I will be filing complaints with CVS Corporate and moving all of my prescriptions to a local family owned Pharmacy

Absolutely the worst. Forget about going the extra mile, no one there will lift a finger to help with the most effortless request. I've been trying to drop off old Rx at the drop box, except it has been full & locked for weeks, or even months. They blame UPS, but they won't even return a call, or go check the box. I would have to go in, to the back of the store every time. I'm too old for this. Add this lack of concern & consideration for potential customers to the exorbitant prices, and you can keep it. I find them cold and impersonal at best. They should just give up on the pill disposal box, it's a joke. Also, unless you like price gouging, shop elsewhere...anywhere else.

Someone keeps using my card and stealing my cash rewards and coupons. CVS needs to implement some security measures to prevent people from doing that (using other people’s phone number by mistake or on purpose).

CVS is probably one of the better chain pharmacy stores! The one here has served me well.. Few hiccups here and there but good store!
