V is a very nice lady ! Very friendly No one does my eyebrows better than her, but for nails, the nail polish peels off very quickly, I had my nails done in gel yesterday, today I went back there and she fixed 2 nails, I just saw that another nail is peeling, if I go there she will fix it. problem and having to go there all the time to do it

One star is for the price. The owner V just ruins the experience. She is friendly depending on who you are. She treats customers who are getting more services (and more expensive services) better than customers who are coming in for only one service. I also noticed her being friendlier with Caucasian customers than others.She speaks in a different language to the nail tech every time I walk in and I’m sure it’s about me lol. (I speak another language so I get just casually talking. But it was very obvious it was about me.) The results are OKAY. Nail polish bubbles and it’s never a clean polished look. I have to touch them up myself at home. I went to this salon for awhile solely for the price but they were also charging me different prices. In particular, V added a few bucks one of the times when no other technician had. (I go in for the same service acrylic fill every time). Here’s a picture of what one of the nail techs did. I showed the owner and she said she didn’t see anything wrong with it and that if I had an issue, I can grab a nail file and fix it. But the issue was more than just the shape. Try them first time with Gel nail, never go back again for manicure, 1st day polish peel off, went back and told her rest of the nail has bubble, her answer is she don't see any bubble and just put one more coat on, now even more bubbles, just rush me out the second times. I give 2 star is for my son Pedicure, the guy did a good job and they only charge 25 dollars. Overall is ☹️. This nail was done 2 days ago. Very uneven coat and she blames on my original nail is uneven, lol, my own nail is not wavy and now looks like growing cancer on my nail. If anyone say 25 dollars to do gel nail and end up this way is normal than please tell me how much I should pay to get a smooth nail service.Services: Manicure
