I’ve been coming here for a few years on and off & and today Paola did my nails. She was AMAZING! She took her time and really made sure to shape each nail. She has great attention to detail. Usually I just walk in and take which ever nail tech is available but from now on I’ll be asking for Paola. She’s great!

Everything was fine, my pedicure was excellent I loved it, but when I paid the lady who was attending at the front desk, she asked me if I had done pedicure gel and I said no, it was a regular pedicure, she immediately went around just to see my feet to see if I was lying and then she came back and charged me, I felt so offended, I am an honest person wherever I go, every time I do my nails I do it to de-stress and calm down and be at peace and that's how they treat you. Definitely not coming back here again.

Sloppy job waited 30 minutes past the appointment for it to even start. Never received any apology,and left hard gel all over my skin (would not come off when scrubbing with the brush provided) when finally it came off a chunk of gel was missing out of my nail. Very disappointing. Will not come back again

If I could I would give no stars the own was rude charges me 10 extra just for a french line she was very disrespectful called me a lier horrible never will I go there again also waited and half hour half pasted my appointment time no apologies

Maria always does the best job. My gel pedicure always lasts and looks amazing! She is the sweetest most kind person and I recommend her to anyone!

I have been a long time customer that has witnessed the owner TONY being rude and dismissive to customers. Today he was SO rude and disrespectful to me. On Mother's day mind you... then his wife comes over to me and tells me that I should ignore him being rude and dismissive unnecessarily. I'm a paying customer and WILL NEVER step foot in that salon again. There are plenty of bad reviews about TONY... I am not the first. I also reported the salon to the BBB.

I had a pedicure done and Linda did the pedicure. She did it so good she found ingrown toenails, she pulled them out with ease. I didn’t have to tell her to do it. She just went to work.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. ZERO customer service. Every time I had made an appointment to get my nails done - when I would show up on time and sometimes earlier, Tina would always make me wait 30 minutes to an hour - I would be sitting there watching her send people who just walked in to Linda - the nail tech who I had made an appointment with, and who I was already waiting for. The last time I went to the salon I was waiting for over an hour for my appointment until my sister found out that I was still waiting and threw a fit that I hadn't made a fuss that I was still waiting while Tina kept sending people who just walked in to my nail tech. My sister called the salon to find out why I had not been seen when my appointment was well over an hour ago - and Tina hung up on her. The utter disregard and disrepect that Tina has for the clients is appalling!! That was the last time I walked into that salon and I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Getting my nails done is not cheap and to be treated Poorly every time I get them done is not something that I will EVER put myself through again.
