The person I spoke with was super nice. We arrived on a Sunday and they were closed but we went on the app and did everything over the phone. It literally took 15 minutes and we were in our storage space.

BE AWARE!!!!!! This facility will wait till you settle in and then increase your monthly rate significantly. Just my first rate increase was increased by double. How insane! Such a scam and dishonesty. In addition to this, the indoor storage units have insects and is not weather safe if your storing sensitive items.
My salesman associate was Don.

After viewing other reviews on this business, this is a typical answer from the owner regarding highway robbery rate increase.
"Please feel free to reach out to us to discuss your concerns further"
Even after contacting the business about the insanely high rent increase they don't do anything about it.
