I had a great experience with Jess. I was looking for help to lower my cost on my storage unit, and she was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. She took the time to answer all my questions and explained my options clearly. I really appreciated that she wasn’t pushy or trying to get me to do anything I didn’t want to do. Helpful staff and easy sign up. No reason to whine all day like these other people. I just wish they could speed up the repair of the freight elevator. That's a big deal in the storage world.
