Store isn't the problem, well stocked and clean, I walk inyl here is a young kid behind the register on his cell phone he says hello and welcome never once picks his head up keeps it buried in his phone, as I went up to pay the same kid was there his face buried in his phone seem to have took a deep breath and was annoyed because he had to stop what he was doing on his phone to ring me up, not a good look five below 👎,

I went into the 5 below in Howell for a few things yesterday around 7pm. There were 2 ladies working, 1 a cashier and I believe the other was some sort of manager (sorry didn't catch their names) and I have to say the customer service I received was probably the best I've experienced. I was having trouble finding a few items and then again with the tap to pay on my phone. They were both super helpful but the manager went above and beyond!!!! In past experience with different 5 below retailers, the staff has been less than thrilled to be there earning $, forget about helping a customer. I can't say enough good things about those 2 at the Howell store!! Top of the line!

When you're on a very tight budget and you have precious children to buy gifts for or adults Especially around the holidays ....... five and below is the best place to go to and shop at.... They have an abundance of merchandise to choose from... They have something for everybody in your family there.... And the prices are simply unbetable & so affordable.. ..

Was greeted at door with hello and welcome, all workers were helpful to me in finding what I was looking for, only thing is it's sad I feel many people steal I always see empty packs on shelves in the back of the store. Workers were all throughout the store just didn't seem to see any cameras.
