I just had the most unexpectedly fantastic experience at this Howell Harbor Freight - Britney is worth her weight in gold, making me feel special helping me pick out a seemingly insignificant item to help me work more comfortably in the cold. She took very special attention in getting me the right product and she was so pleasant and bright and cheery in doing so. Give this girl a raise as she has elevated the Howell store. Keep up the great work Britney! You've made my weekend - no BS

I am a shop owner for 44 years, mechanic for over 50 and this manager made me a harbor freight customer after being a SnapOn die hard for ever. Took time to show multiple products even though I am not local. Very clean and well stocked store, attentive employees. Great management.
Update: Done with harbor freight, never seen a business that constantly has no stock in stores then says only available in store.

The sales staff are truly top notch. Excellent customer service. The quality of Harbor Freight tools have greatly improved their top brand is just as good as Dewalt or other Home Depot lowes brands sometimes much better at a lower cost. They also carry some excellent automotive tools the others do not sell. When I'm in a jam I'll always go to Harbour Freight first.

Beautiful fully stocked store very neat and extremely good pricing with super friendly and helpful employees always asking if you need help to find things
They have a really great selection of tool with so much to choose from in all different quality levels and price ranges
And you can always find Good coupons on their website
Plus they have plenty of parking
