Been working there for 2 years and they honestly don't think of better ways to help and benefit customers like when they get consumer cards they should get 2% cash back not just an opening discount and the credit rating it ridiculous they should reduce it to increase customers experience and not effect their credit

Went to get a simple key made. Asked for help and was directed to the automated machine. If I wanted to use an automated machine, I would have gone to Walmart. Thanks for making the decision to go to Lowes 5 minutes down the road. I'll take the new deck I'm building there too!

Only in store experience was within picking up/ returning the two different microwave stands I unfortunately had to return. My five star review is based primary on that and no way, shape, or form on the quality of the products. That I give no stars! My experience with customer service/pick up gentlemen was pleasant although the item was taking so long to be brought up from receiving to me. He kept doing nothing but apologizing and explaining he was trying to do several things at once. I understand because I work retail and us associate primary goal is to help and satisfy all customers. He was very kind and provided excellent customer service. Also, want to mention Jason and Martha as they were very professional, kind, understanding, and lastly very helpful in the return process of these microwave stands! Jason was successful w/getting the 1st stand returned. But the 2nd time as i got him again. The system wouldn't allow him to complete it, thus, he checked w/Martha and she kindly took me as Jason helped out the next customer in line. Martha was by far the best she quickly and efficiently processed the return for me. Adddionally, she was very friendly and made absolute sure my experience in the end was phenomenal so I left very satisifed. Be sure to award Martha for her great work/ doing a great job. As it's all because of her i am willing to give it an other shot at purchasing a microwave stand at Home Depot. Prior to receiving customer service from her, I was calling it quits w/home depot and going to move on to going to lowes. Also, if it weren't for her this review wouldn't have gone up from 1 star to 5! Hope you recognize the great employee you have in her!!! As for the quality of the microwave stands sold at home depot thus far just prophetic. I carried the 64 pound microwave stand up an flight of stairs to only get inside where it was lite up and the box is unsealed and weakly taped together in three spots. Clearly this was an return and probably because the reviews stating its flimsy, don't go together correctly, is tough to but together, and has complicated directions Sorry I don't appreciate being sold an returned item. It'll be going back most likely by me too!!! Why I hate when things are not sold directly in stores so you can know the quality of something before buying it and walk if the box(es) are opened and taped back up! 2nd one the microwave slide all over the place appears the finish was too slippery. It too was unstable and extremely low. Looks wise I loved it and it went together very simply. Great easy to understand directions too! Hope if I find amother stand and in the unfortunate case I have to return it, Martha is there working and I get her!!!.

Home Depot has pretty much everything you need for building maintenance and home improvements. It requires lots of searching to find everything you need and knowledgeable store personal are at times pretty hard to find.

Purchased a new washer for $1000 so you know I didn’t just buy the cheapest one. After waiting 4 days for delivery and taking the day off the delivery service never showed up. I was told the next delivery date was 4 more days away and I could take that or cancel my order. Store manager could care less when I called. Cancelled my order and will never use Home Depot again.

Terrible employee services. Employees are not trained on inventory and don't help customers find what they're looking for. Multiple experiences. Employee named john working in the electrical department today refused to look properly for electrical boxes that are in stock. I asked for him to get the step ladder to look up top because Inventory count shows a count of 11 in stock. 4 gang metal boxes. Poor customer service skills and understanding of inventory at this store. Corporate should re-evaluate leadership at this store because it's quite apparent the current hierarchy doesn't understand the importance of employee training

I asked an employee for help for fittings. It wasn’t his department so he called the employee who handles plumbing “Bob”. After about 15 min bob comes to the plumbing isle and begins helping the very next person he sees. When I begin to ask him if he was the employee that handles plumbing he brushed me off. Not spending another dollar here. Terrible customer service.

It’s a good home depot, they have a lot of stuff. We were able to buy like 7 types of fly killers, it was pretty cool. They saved our BBQ that was invaded by fly’s. Lol. It also provided a good activity for the kids. Imagine a bunch of 8 year olds with fly zapper rackets. Pretty epic. They also have plants and those plastic Adirondack chairs we all love.

The Pro desk is useless. No help when you need it. If I can not get it at Customer Service or the Locker I do not need it. Update: Customer Service has declined to the level of the rest of the store. The whole store is under staffed. No reason to go here. Lowe's is down the road.
