My oil change went fine. However, my anti freeze was below the minimum line- it was on my receipt that it was low and no one offered to fill it or no one told me that it was low until I looked at my receipt. Would’ve gladly paid whatever the price was to fill it. Went to buy my own antifreeze to do fill it myself. My windshield wiper fluid was also low- no one filled it. I always go here so I am pretty disappointed in these oversights. When getting an oil change you expect all of these things to be addressed while you’re there.

This place has become scummy. I've went here for years,but I'll never go again. I sat in the waiting room for an hour a few weeks ago and listened to them try to upsell every single thing you could think of,even tried to sell someone new wipers,that the owner had just replaced. I had a valve stem leaking, which I knew abour,but they wouldn't admit they tried to put air in that tire. So they offered a regular valve stem until they received new ones.,they're ford tps. I noticed a week after,they did 2 regular valve stems and removed 2 Ford tps.Either they want to make more money to change 2,or they replaced the wrong one,then replaced the leaking one. Either way,they didn't say anything. This place is a joke and full of idiots,and I'll never go there again

Went there for my first time for an oil change. The process did not take long at all ( I was impressed) however when I went to jump in my car I noticed the tire pressure light was on, I immediately brought it up to their attention the guy told me they put air in the tires (which was not needed) anyway he said it would take about 15 miles for the tire pressure light to reset as I was driving home I noticed the PSI was going down even more. So I called them and they said I could have picked up a nail from the Home Depot parking lot, being that they share lots. He said u can bring it back and we could tape it for you he said we don’t do plugs. He said that would cost me about 40 something dollars. So what pissed me off was that here I just spent $100 on oil change and a additional $50 on wipers then I get a flat tire in your parking lot and you can’t even cover the cost to fix my tire??? I will not go there again.

I needed an oil change, AFTERWARDS oitwas leaking oil. Next mechanic found filter wasn't on tight enough. Never again, edit the manager did call and is trying to make it right.

I was never able to get a oil change done right at this place first time I never made it out of the parking lot drain plug fell out lost all oil this time they wanted to charge me 100 for an oil change

Techs clearly shoved a bunch of acorns and leaf debris in my cab air filter to try to upsell me on $50 replacement when it costs $7 on Amazon and can be replaced in 5 minutes without any tools. Air system started making noises after they put the dirty filter back in. I will not be back

I've come here multiple times for an oil change and never had a problem. Came here yesterday due to some issues I've been having recently, I clearly spoke up and tried to give my opinion on what the issue was to the cashier and techs. I understand most places cannot just go based on what the customer states but I only wanted to try and voice my opinion on what the issue was. Long story short they come back out and tell me it's my alternator. I say okay and just move on. I was here 11am-4:45pm. I leave and think everything's good. This morning I'm driving, car stalls in a busy intersection. Restarts, check engine light stays on. I bring it immediately back, tell them what's wrong. What do you know, the issue I'm facing today is the issue I thought it was all along. Manager wasn't that much help and tried to almost fight back to my concerns. I was even going to get charged an additional $170 on top of almost $900 I spent yesterday. Not to mention the amount of upcharging they do, how does an alternator for a simple commuter car cost upwards of almost $600. Extremally unhappy with this location, even witnessed a lady come back yesterday after a simple oil change that her check engine light turned on and the gentleman in the waiting room this morning told me he'd never come here for anything other then an oil change. Stay away if you're getting anything else then an oil change.

always pretty quick getting in and out. Staff will offer you many other services. Just get your oil change lol.

Always fast and good. They will try to sell you EVERYTHING. You don't need any of it, just get your oil changed
