We came yesterday and one of the sales ladies said that some people buy like if it's water. Super rude.
Also we came back today. On Google it said store clothes at 1.30pm.
The doors were closed at 1.15pm and the sale lady completely ignored us

Not great customer service. We have had multiple orders cancelled because they can’t keep track of their stock and don’t update their website. Almost impossible to order anything from them and sales are a farce

I love shopping here, but a store that consistently doesn't answer the phone --EVER-- is just not a thing. This has been for years. Customers are entitled to ask a question without having to drive 20 minutes to ask in person. Please start answering your phones.

Many beautiful options for those with a tighter budget. Junee Jr goes on sale pretty quickly compared to the other local stores. 4 stars because of their Return policy- there is no option for money back even if you pay with cash and even if you return the same day. If you have to return, you will only get a store credit.
