Lab tech didn't read the back page of my prescription so I had to go back to do the rest of the samples she missed. They are always understaffed and over crowded with people. Waited over an hour today for bloodwork before I got up and left. Would avoid this location.

I knew not to go here but needed an urgent blood test for my newborn. I was unable to make an appointment online and when I approached the staff to let them know I was there with a newborn, they made no attempts to help me.
Besides the staff, this place feels unsanitary and wearing masks should be promoted in the waiting room. I would not go back and anyone with small children should avoid this place!

Really great place—always professional, efficient, and friendly. Yashica was outstanding. My son gets nervous about blood tests and feels faint, but she was really nurturing and patient. She took the time to fan him, place an ice pack on him, and speak to him gently to calm him. A+

Worst front desk. Telling they’re booked out for months so I couldn’t have made an appointment. I had a confirmation number!!!!!

I took my son here today who was VERY nervous. We had gone to the Jackson location (who dismissed us after 5 minutes because he was too upset) and I was nervous the same would happen here. I was blown away by the entire staff. I’m so sorry I didn’t catch the name of the phlebotomist but she was phenomenal! She not only gained his trust, she successfully kept him calm during the draw. I am beyond impressed and cannot thank them enough!
