It was not my best experience, ? I went to get the copy of the key ? from my car ?, I waited until a person arrived, who apparently did not know how to use the machine, after 20⏳ minutes and seeing that the person could not configure the machine?️ and get the copy, I went to ?...I clarify that the people who served me were very polite and attentive, they just didn't know how to operate the machine well, one of the people suggested I go to another Lowe's, but I gave up and choose to go to a site that specializes in locksmithing.

Excellent customer service - staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. We got new front door with storm door and Germaine was above and beyond!! Extremely knowledgeable and patient… and with a smile all the time! Such a pleasure to get our home stuff at this lowes!

This is not right, I was waiting on lady why does kitchen design for over an hour, a the beginning she was with customer but after she finished with the she just was ignoring me. And she just left . I just wasted my time. Never again will be back to Lowes any any location:

Robert from inside seasonal was so helpful. He helped us find a tree, then helped us find another tree that was cheaper and never once complained but remained cheerful

The employees are absolutely disgusting. The women at self checkout needs to get fired. Because I didn’t wanna sign up for your credit card she cursed me out. I’m sorry but you guys need proper training and costumer service.

we had vinyl flooring installed by Lowe's this week. we had a great salesperson in Thomas Howells He was with us from start to finish and was always available to help answer any questions if you want great customer service then go see Tom if you need flooring

Some of the staff were nice however when I was in a asile for 20 minutes and there wasn’t any staff around at a certain point I went to find someone in the staff and they said they had to page someone nobody came. After that I went to other aisles to try to find someone to help and I found four employees standing together talking effectively hiding from customers. I ask one of them for help and the entire experience was the most toxic experience I’ve ever received as a customer this employee named jake the whole time was acting passive aggressive making it clear he wanted nothing to do to help me and he was completely unhelpful. I ended leaving the store because it was so hard to find someone to help. The only reason I gave two stars is because the cashier was super courteous. I’m not normally someone that post super long negative reviews but my experience was awful for most part if I could file a complaint I would but I couldn’t find a way to do on website. But look at other recent reviews seems like others had similar experience’s.

Do not order from Lowe’s website, the delivery people are rude and nasty, go to the wrong address and then refuse to deliver to the correct address. I called the company and got absolutely no where and no help with the issue. I am still waiting for my refrigerator and it has been 3 days that they “could not” find my address. Terrible Service!

Went for set screws. Stock did Not add up to what was listed online. But some is better than none. I guess...Bags were ripped open & missing screws.

Was at the wood cutting area for 15 minutes tonight. Cashier called for someone to respond to the wood cutting area. No response. Pushed the assistance button twice, no response. Left without buying what I came for and went to Home Depot. Terrible customer service.

So my wife and I ordered a refrigerator with this store on 8-26-23 and scheduled a delivery date for 9-11-23. We just received a call from the store less than 24 hours before expecting delivery only to be told that they don;t have the refrigerator until almost a week from now. So when we asked for a discount given we had to take off of work for this delivery, we were told a new Lowes policy states we have to accept delivery before we then have to call customer service and ask for a discount...thereby putting all the onus on us instead of Lowes making right by this obvious issue.Congrats as you just lost a customer that was also about to put in an order for all new windows and all new carpeting.

I went there for my kitchen cabinets . I had 2 styles picked out by 2different manufacturers. The manager Petra talked me into Kraftmaid( more$)but lifetime warranty . One day while cooking All of my cabinets fell off the wall nearly injuring me and broke most of my dishes.. They did not hold to the warranty. Lowe’s did Nothing!!!iHad 5 contractors come to my house. All said they were defective.. Lowe’s nor Kraftmaid wouldn’t even bother to come and look at them. Don’t buy cabinets here especially Kraftmaid
