“I've been using LabCorp for years and with or without an appt. and the office women are polite quick and efficient. The phlebotomists are the best. I am a hard draw that's what I've been told but”
“I was surprised by the level of convenience this care center offered. Sometimes, when you are not feeling well and can't get an immediate appointment to see your doctor, this is actually a great option. Forgive me for sounding surprised, but it's the first time I used a facility like this in time of need.
So glad I did. I walked in without an appointment and was asked to fill out some digital forms and information. It was a bit cluncky as the system didn't work and I had to do everything twice. But that was the "hardest" part. I waited for less than five minutes and was able to be seen by a medical professional right away. In and out with a fulfilled prescription in about 20 minutes.
Convenient beyond belief!”

“The staff is the strongest part of my experience: courteous, professional, and caring. The online system could use some simplification. The entire process steps wasn't apparent. For instance, I wasn't sure until I got there when it was going to ask for a schedule date (it turns out, after payment). Also, on that note, I prefer to be able to at least tentatively select a date and time before I pay, to make sure there is an open time that fits my schedule.”
