Went there with a car I had just bought, thought the exhaust just needed to be hung up and that’s what I asked to be done, I guess that was a mistake since they put a bunch of broken pieces together and overcharged me before telling me all the pipes were rotted etc, and tried to charge me again to fix the broken pipes for an additional 500$, not to mention how rude they were on the phone when I was asking about this whole situation, needless to say it was a disgusting experience and after they told me tripling everyone’s price is how they make there money I figured it should be shared with this review.

I recently had my front right wheel bearing replaced on my ‘06 4Runner. I can’t say enough good things about this Howell Meineke. They are honest, friendly and fair. I first spoke with Nicole on the phone to make sure they could do what was needed. She was so friendly and easy to talk to. She told me to bring it in so they could look at it first and said that would be no charge. Right then I knew this was an old school stand up place. I brought it in, had them take a look at it upon the lift and both Nicole and Bryan took time to discuss it with me. They are just good, down to earth, honest people. Of course I brought it back the next day for the repair. When my husband and I picked it up, we met Mark. Another super friendly, honest and down to earth person. He had done the repair himself and explained everything to my husband and me. Thank you Nicole, Bryan and Mark! You guys are awesome!

We’ve had a few experiences with this shop. The service and quality of work has been exceptional for each. Between the friendliness and quality, it feels like a local shop but with the backing of a larger company. I can highly recommend this location for everything from oil changes to major repairs

I had a great experience at meineke of howell! I brought my car in thinking it needed a realignment, which would cost close to $150. Their expert and honest mechanic found that a simple tire rotation would solve the problem saving me over $100! They were also very courteous and the job was done quickly. highly recommended!
