“I went in to get some paint for touchup of previous painted walls. Fortunately, I kept the formula from the old can, and they replicated the color for me. However, when I came home and used the paint, it was clear it wasn't a perfect match. Going back and explaining what I found, the staff tried to match the color again, but no luck there. It was close, but not enough for touch up, despite all their efforts. In the end, they refunded my money, which I wasn't expecting. In the end, it was disappointing that we couldn't get the perfect match, but the store really did their best for me. I'll definitely return in the future when I need paint!”

Chris recognized that I was unsure & gave me recommendations on how to try out the color. Because of that level of customer service, I was back on a rainy Saturday & bought ceiling paint in addition to the wall color. Also Aaron brought the paint to my car without being asked.
