The experience here is incredibly disappointing. The woman at the front desk, Adriana is consistently rude to every customer who walks in, creating an unwelcoming and uncomfortable atmosphere as shown on multiple reviews on google and on yelp. Meanwhile, Gwen, adds to the frustration with her unprofessionalism, inexperience and obvious lack of effort. To make matters worse, despite my account being officially noted as under a courtesy medical hardship by the billing department, they repeatedly pressured me to make payments I wasn’t obligated to, completely disregarding the situation. This level of disrespect and incompetence is unacceptable. Facility is unclean as well

Quick and easy. Done in 15 minutes.
Gwen and Ariana were fun and playful, which helped my 7-year-old relax for his first needle. Great experience overall!

Danny Longo asked me to leave this review. He’s been to this location quite a few times. This was his best experience ever. Had a hard time with the kiosk and both Gwen and Adriana noticed and came to the rescue. Best service ever! Highly recommend. They should get a raise.

This would be my second time giving blood at this facility in Howell on route nine. The ladies here are exceptional and very kind. They are quick to get your paperwork done and get you through your labs and on your way the early morning appointments have been very helpful for me. Thank you so much. Keep up the great work.

The online scheduling was a breeze. The location is very easy to find, the signage is very visible from the highway.
I was first greeted by Adriana at the desk, a very pleasant woman who quickly got everything set up.
The phlebotomist was Gwen, who was as cheerful a person as I ever encountered at Quest. She was very professional, extremely good at her job, had my blood drawn as painlessly and comfortably as possible.
I definitely appreciated the staff today and would highly recommend Quest to any and everyone. Thanks everyone!

The people were great! Just one observation as a newly disabled person, there should be an automatic door. Handicap parking spot was located close to the door and ramp but when I got to the door, it was difficult to keep open while I wheeled myself in. Just an observation. But the staff and interior of the facility were great.

This is a great location! They always have appointments available. The staff is friendly and professional. The office is always very clean. I am always in and out with my appointments as they always take me on time or even a minute or two early!

To the owner of this establishment:
Please take the time to completely overhaul this office from updating the interior to the old equipment, computer system, and most importantly TRAIN YOUR STAFF to provide your customers a more professional experience, from treating customers accordingly to handling difficulties on the spot OTHERWISE I believe you will be out of business soon... I would really hate to see this happen since it is so conveniently located for me. My family has been coming here for many years and lately we have seen a decline in customer service, knowledge, and upkeep of the office.
I was there on Saturday with an appointment and had to wait for an hour before I was seen by a technician who didn't know what she was doing, The whole scene was chaotic, disorganized, and in disarray. There were so many people waiting with appointments and walk-ins that were turned away. I have never seen such frustration not only from the two techs but also the customers waiting forever to be seen. My suggestion to customers who want to visit is MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR SURE!!
