Food selections and values outstanding. However if Ken is going to shut down 3 self service checkouts he could at least assist a handicap senior in the checkout and not be so rude

The girls don’t know how to make a chocolate milkshake. Mine had chunks of ice in it, so I didn’t get what I actually ordered, I got some sort of frozen mocha latte with giant chunks of ice in it and that is not a milkshake. I don’t believe they even used milk in it. Disgusting.

Older male who does the registers within the 3-8 pm shift area is rude . Doesn’t know how to talk to customers . Also he is incompetent. Doesn’t know that if the rewards app doesn’t work you can scan the barcode . Also spilled my drink and blamed it on me . He likes to argue with customers . It’s been brought to my attention that he has problems with a lot of customers .

Great place for a quick bite, there's also an exhibit of some wild life. Don't feed him though he is very angry aka the guy in the white truck. He's been there for months ,unless you're looking for a round of penicillin and rabies shot I don't suggest you interact beware
