This store is clean, and the staff is courteous. But Staples, has reduced their selection of products in store, so finding what I need is challenging, have to go online for many items.

Awful.... went in on 10/6/23 for an audio optic cable. Couldn't find so I asked the asian woman employee for help. She took off to the cash register and waited on multiple people, then she just stood around for 10 minutes. When asked if she was going to help she said she thought I'd find it. Wasted 30 minutes here to ultimately go somewhere else. Don't worry about me, Staples, I won't be back as a customer anymore

I purchased a defective HP Tango printer at the Staples in Howell NJ, and when I tried to exchange the printer the associate/manager said they do not sell HP Tango printers at the Howell location, and that I could not receive a return or exchange because I did not have the store receipt or a store rewards card to verify the purchase. There was no real effort in trying to resolve the issue, and now I am stuck with a printer that does not work.

Prices are ridiculously high. About 75-90% more expensive than Walmart, which is up the street from this location. Workers look depressed and underpaid. I won’t be coming back here.

Absolutely wonderful staff. Ed store manager went above and beyond with assisting me return an item. I could not be more pleased with how well he handle the situation and was able to find a resolution to my request. Thank you so much. I greatly appreciate all the help provided.

Just went to staples today. I've been running around looking for a place where i could print a 2x2 picture. Went to 2 pharmacies near me and i was turned down. Went to staples in Howell and Dale was very nice to help me. I couldn't be more thankful since i really needed that picture today.

Location. Location. Location. There's definitely something to be said for sticking a huge office supply store on the dead-end side of a funky strip mall. People forget about it and as a consequence, crowds are sparse. You might have to blow some dust off the exec-u-tron deep tissue massage office chairs and there may be a few cobwebs in the gross of packing peanuts but Black Friday it ain't. Staples in Howell. Shop in peace my son. Five lonely stars.

Asked them to send out a package, gave a typed out copy of address to create a label. They created a label and quickly slapped it on, put box to the side and said you're good to go! Turns out, they addressed it to an Ave. instead of a Blvd. like the paper I originally provided said. Didn't even let me know that multiple addresses came up as an option. She just blindly picked one and said "you're all set". Guess what? We weren't all set. Instead I lost official original copies of important documents that have put me in a real bind. The UPS tracking number didn't even have the right address, and I marked it signature required, and it wasn't signed for. Lessons learned: 1.) Never going to this store again. 2.) Don't give people the benefit of the doubt that they can read nor that they care where your packages end up.*Lost the paperwork, as it was thrown in the garbage by the homeowner. Now I have to spend more of my time and money to get this done. I'm livid. I never write reviews, but I legit hate you Staples.

It was a pretty good experience. There were some aisles that weren't very Shoppable, carts were left in the aisles. Associates were packing out shelves. The associates were helpful but looked like they were overwhelmed. Will be back to shop there.

I went to the staples in Howell just to do some pricing for a computer desk. I noticed it wasn't really anyone in the store besides a young man at the register and someone attending to a phone call. So I went up to the young man and asked for some assistance. He explained that they were short staffed and once the other individual finished up with the phone call he would have them cover him while he assists me. He came back to the computer section and went over the options with me got me the best price available for the desk and assisted me with options for a computer stand for my dual monitors because I explained I wanted them higher than the desk. He explained the importance of the protection plan and signed me up for the rewards program so I could receive the $30 on my next visit. Robert was the example of great customer service. Not only did he complete the sale he made me a happy and new Howell customer. Thanks Robert

I went to staples to get some email and fax done, I could not do it.I ask a young man name Jeff to help me and he was terriffic.He has the patience of a Saint, his customer service skills were over the roof.He did not waist anytime after he got done helping me to go help someone else.His very knowledgeable, thanks Jeff I will continue to shop at the Howell staples because of your service.
