Walked into TD bank Howell today was considering to start banking with them , stood up in front of 3 employee not helping anyone else , not one of them acknowledge me , they are looking into their screens and totally ignored the customers . Never back again , if you don’t respect your customer you don’t get their business .

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLEBoth in person and on-line.WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYWHERE!!!!!This bank is a total mess. Go elsewhere and save yourselfthe hassle of dealing with these people!!!!Understaffed and the employees take it out on the customers.Changed over to CHASE BANK. Very happy now!!

Giving this branch 1 star for the one male employee who helped me quickly print my card & close out an old card that was supposed to be closed by an agent over the phone. After that one normal day at this branch, every time I come here for help, I get the same lady with a heavy accent who doesn't seem to know what she's doing. The first time was two weeks ago when I needed to file a fraud claim. She kept filing as an "un fraud" charge (no idea what that means) so the computer wouldn't allow her to submit the claim. She explained because I asked the merchant for a refund & they refused that it wasn't fraud but I didn't make the purchase. Long story short I needed to go to the same local branch to have another card printed & the same women tried 3 times & couldn't print it. This was at 1:40pm. I asked the two other employees to help me but because it was almost closing time, they refused to help. Horrible service. I ended up calling & explaining what happened, and the agent over the phone offered to expedite a new card.

Horrible experience here! Very rude. Howell & Jackson Branch would not cash a TD official cashiers check. She said I dont know what to tell you. Bring it to your bank. I even called ahead of time. Lakewood Branch did it with no problem with a room full of people. They did it with a smile on their face! Avoid this Branch!!

Their ATM literally stole my cash deposit, kept my card and then went out of service. Their service rep then told me the system to file a claim was down and that she would file the claim once the system was up and running and give me a call. She never called. I followed up with the bank and was told the claim would take a “few days” to resolve. A week later I still didn’t have my money. I called their 800 number and was told it could take 45 to 90 days to investigate. They’re investigating their own theft of my money! Unbelievable!!

Please save yourself time; do not bank at TD. This branch or any other. I am sure they are having staffing issues but it's just exasperating. There's one person working customer service with another girl just sitting there managing those who are waiting? Why isn't she assisting others waiting? I'm not sure if he's in training or what's the story or why they have one person simply managing those who walk in only and Doing nothing else? I am no longer doing business with TD for just poor experiences time after time, but felt it important to leave the review to save others time

Find a bank that won’t hold your checks for a week at a time for no reason at all after being a loyal customer for years. Some of us put money in the bank to have access to it. ??

I attempted to have something notarized. When I walked in the Notary would not even wear his mask properly. He came across an issue with signatures and when I tried to explain my situation he shoved my paper back at me and started speaking to me like I was 7 years old. I've only ever had 2 decent experiences here but avoid going in as much as possible

Please look up all lawsuits against TD before stepping foot inside. Over the summer I was credited $280 in fees due to reordering my debits and credits to benefit the bank. Dating transactions differently so overdraw mmy account and recently returning two different electronic payments, charging NSF and the processing the same two again, paying them and charged another 2 fees. Those fees are assessed per item and nothing is mentioned about incurring multiple NSF charges. A trranSaction can not become a new item every time it's resubmitted or rejected I went to Howell location a week ago justt to be told the manager would not see me because us she was leavinf and tonight I had the pleaser of the teller discussing my finances loudly in front of a handful of customers waiting online. It's time to seeK legal advice and find a law firmwho can represent TD customers whoo are being taken advantage of in a very unethical way.
