“I recently visited the Vitamin Shoppe in Brick, NJ and was pleasantly greeted by a smiling Mr. Jonny. As I navigated the store for the very first time, I quickly noticed how organized it was and how everything was fairly easy to find as I was on a time crunch and needed to essentially grab a few things and go. On that note, I couldn't find two items in particular to which Jonny quickly sprung to action and was able to check his phone app to see his inventory in real time and realize that the Brick store did not currently have what I needed. He promptly suggested checking another store and volunteered to call one to double check before I made a trip only to find out, it may not actually be on the shelf. Jonny truly went the extra mile and it made for a welcoming experience. He was knowledgeable about the other few products I was able to score and even on the one off occasion when I went to the cooler to grab a ice cold protein shake, I felt the can and immediately noticed it to be unexpectedly warm. I went to Jonny to kindly point out the temperature of the cooler and all the other drinks, to which he was already aware of the problem with the entire cooler and informed me that it only went out of service a few hrs ago that day. In spite of this minor hiccup, I'd say my entire shopping experience was very pleasant from entering the store to finding my products and (a lot more then I even came for), to checking out and getting the merchandise to the car- all was made smooth and simple with the help of Jonny at the Vitamin Shoppe in Brick, NJ!”
