Hello. I just want to say that today 09/11/24 I went to this Walgreens on Howell NJ rt 9 and I had excellent service from Justin. He is an EXTRAORDINARY young man, attentive and very HELPFUL! In my personal opinion, he deserves all the applause and a gold medal! I loved his cordiality, his attention and the love in which he professes his work! Thank you very much Justin! My admiration and I wish you success in all your surroundings! 🩵🙏😊

I am always happy to go to Walgreens . I always get prescriptions and other items . Recently, we my husband and I got our saw Covid shots.

Had the best encounter with Walgreens in Rt 9 and Aldrich Rd in Aldrich Shopping Center. Greg the pharmacy manager helped my husband obtain his critically needed medication with professionalism and compassion. Thank you Greg you made a very difficult and complicated access issue a lovely experience. You are ann engaged, loyal employee that we would recruit for our own businesses. The pharmacy staff here is really unmatched. They've been very helpful and accomodating over the years, and even found coupons for my prescriptions when I had issues with my healthcare. I hope the Walgreens in my new town is as great

Decent Walgreens! It’s a little different from the cookie cutter Walgreens stores. It looks like it used to be a smaller supermarket prior to this. Fantastic seasonal section.

Typically, good store, good selection, great pharmacy,...but for COVID-19 Booster shots...maybe, go somewhere else.I have always enjoyed the service and support at this Walgreens pharmacy, but when I went for my COVID-19 booster, which their website scheduled in 10 minute intervals, I came early, had already entered much of my paperwork online, but there was still more to come, and sat around for over 40 minutes, as they gathered ALL the paperwork, for pretty much EVERYONE who showed up, and only then began issuing the vaccine, one after the other.I am actually grateful for opportunity to receive the shot...and appreciate the efforts of all those who helped get it into my arm....but this is a money-making operation for Walgreen's...not community service.When we see 10 minute intervals scheduled...what are we supposed to think?...Hunker down for almost an hour? I can see how it would save the staff time...but they get paid to be there. Good plan for the pharmacists... not so much for the customers. While I appreciate your efforts at clock-management...I question the worth of the end results. I was not the only customer who felt put out....there was much griping in the ranks.

The store is just fine the pharmacy needs a complete overhaul and retraining of the staff. They have no idea what's going on I've gotten someone else's prescription very unorganized and not trained with the public some are so rude. I've been going here since it was Drug Fair and miss that pharmacy staff.
