The pharmacist is the rudest pharmacist I have ever encountered. I had an appointment for a vaccination at noon. Finally at 12:30 I approached the window and asked how much longer. The pharmacist asked if I was in a hurry and I could come back. So I said - " Wait now or wait later? " He barked, " For every minute you bother me will be a minute you delay getting your shot." A woman sitting in the area commented on his rudeness. No need to talk to me like that. Uncalled for.

wow!!!! this place is the best!!!! I have been coming here for over 10 years…. best place ever. staff is super friendly, managers are always helpful. working in customer service is never easy, but these managers are true super heros. never had any problems here… for all the people putting one star reviews… go somehwere else! this place is the best!

The worst - rude woman at pharmacy counter pharmacist even ruder to ask one question totally have forgot customer service and the value of a customer. Even thought it was funny. Will NEVER set foot in there again far better choices. Walgreens is a solid company with much better friendlier locations and I have already switched.

We need to share our thoughts about the pharmacist Eduardo at Wallgreen on Aldridge rd Howell nj, he is knowledgeable, caring extermily helpful and always willing to answer any questions or concerns. He is a great asset to wallgreen specially at the howell location.

Please save your time and go to this Walgreens instead of the one down the road in the Aldrich center. This pharmacy is great!! There is never a line, my prescriptions are always ready super fast, and the workers are awesome. There is a HUGE difference between the two stores

KEEP IN MIND I AM A COVID PATIENT….The pharmacist there is just a d head. He looks at prior meds, sees that I had an issue based on sports in the past and was put on a med to combat the cravings and profiles when he sees that. Had a prescription sent by MY PRIMARY and his profiling d bag had the nerve to try to override my dr so I can’t get the prescription for my cough and back pain. This guy needs to be reevaluated and fired asap pharmacy techs are pharmacy techs not councilors. This guys is a huge problem with this Walgreens and I’m dying because of COVID OVER HERE BECAUSE OF HIM

Covid test lost from 2 weeks ago I'm assuming.No email, no call. Called and said they didn't have results back from that Sunday. Still nothing. Thanks. For nothing.

I've been coming here for years and always receive great service from the male pharmacist. Today I have made 4 calls since they have opened and spoke with the female pharmacist and still haven't gotten my prescription, its now 4 hours later. She has been rude to my doctor twice hung up on her, then accused her of not being a doctor due to the phone number she was calling from. I am still currently waiting for my nebulizer fluid.. which has wet through insurance already just waiting for her to approve it.. and now she is on break. Unbelievable

This place is consistently terrible. There is no organization, they are rude, nasty, and incredibly slow. Regardless of why you go to the pharmacy or what the issue is, it’s the same thing - they’re busy or your being bothersome. They have covid customer walking all over the store because there’s no signage up, the drive thru line is a 60 minute wait with no signage that the drive thru is only doing covid testing. They ask to wait inside for medicine, tell you 15 - 30 minutes, and then an hour later claim it just got printed.

Horrible experience at the pharmacy! Pharmacist took all day to transfer my grandson’s medicine to another pharmacy. This was his asthma, antibiotics, and also nebulizer machine. My grandson was very sick and the pharmacist was unprofessional, hanging up on my daughter several times when she called to ask if the prescriptions were transferred. Only when I went in person to Walgreens to ask about it, did he call and transfer the meds. Unacceptable! Jim Finocchi should be fired!!

Today was the last time we visit this Walgreens pharmacy in Howell New Jersey. The pharmacist and the staff have to be the most discourteous disrespectful uneducated bunch of people I have ever seen. There's no words to describe how disgusted I was when I left this Walgreens pharmacy drive-through. Since customer service does not exist in the United States the only way to get your point across is through social media. There are many pharmacies around avoid this one or better yet use express scripts!
