I always order my kids hot chocolates on the screen and hit the special order button and have them put them into bigger cups for my kids so I can add alot of milk so they aren't scalding hot for them and the guy said no he wouldn't do it even thou every other wawa does....also I made a coffee and they were out of lids....this location is terrible! I Ended up walking out without purchasing anything to go to a different location.

John at the gas station Wawa in Howell states he doesn’t touch phones, which I understand, But the way this person said it was extremely rude and didn’t give me the chance to say I would give him a CC, he immediately walk away, and from afar screamed “ and they will tell you the same thing if you ask inside “. John was not having a good morning.

The chicken salad I bought last night was ewww. I couldn't finish it. They used to have good chicken salad but now it's yuck. The Wawa on rt 9 Howell has gone down hill

I've had an awful experience at this place.
I was always used to filling the gas at Wawa cause in Cherry Hill they used to be honest and as an English student I sometimes confuse the cach. So I gave the guy 40$ and he didn't give me the receipt or the change. It was late and I was distracted by the phone, so I realized when I was at home. I feel bad, maybe his family is starving and he needs donations to survive. I would donate, but it was too bad behavior. 👎

I usually go to Wawa and get a really decent quantity of food. Visiting this place I felt cheated. I ordered a quesadilla and most places give you three pieces filled with ingredients. This place gave you ingredients only in the center part. The two outer parts that were actually cut as a serving were completely empty. Maybe the management wants to cut back. This is usually not an issue at Wawa.

Don't leave many reviews but me and my wife came to this restaurant Texas roadhouse and it was the best experience we've had in quite a while. Our server was Sabrina and she was the best couldn't ask for any better and the food all came out on time and tasted so wonderful can't give enough stars!!!! on this.!!!

Good store except the staff particularly the guy in the deli section named “delon” demon” whatever … he had a very bad attitude toward the customer. I believe that guy has no customer service orientation before he started working in wawa …

You simply cannot escape the advertising onslaught... Wawa has pizza!... screams the local cable blitzkrieg. After tasting this cardboard all I have to say is they'd be much better off using their inside voice as these amateur hour pizza spinners extol their excruciatingly bad Neapolitan. Too much tasteless cheese and microscopic saucing all on a Eucharist wafer crust that's definitely in need of serious prayer. If you're jonesing for pizza at 2am, have at it but if your pizza choice is entirely elective seek refuge elsewhere. Two stars only because I like Wawa.

POOR SERVICE! After paying for food, I asked the person behind the counter for the little plastic bag they put items like soup and mac-n-cheese so I could exit the store. Although I had several sand witches, I was told "NO! The State of NJ does not allow it". My response: if I had purchased soup, you would have put it in a plastic bag. There is no such thing in NJ as the PLASTIC BAG POLICE (PBP) that will come hand cuff the manager and take them away. The only PBP are private citizens thinking they are the only one who can save the planet. The counter person was rude with a scowl and I asked her if she was willing to lose my business over a small plastic bag that would have automatically come with my soup purchase and she had no response. I took this as YES, your patronage is not needed or wanted...so with so many other competitors with Wawa, I will be going elsewhere.

Work the overnight shift and often have to wait long periods of time for a food order. Had to wait for employees to have full blown conversations before they would stark working but get told well u can order ahead. No u can talk and work at the same time.
