A great experience with this company. I requested a pool closing with a new pool cover. The guys came over with the pool cover and it did not fit properly. They came back later that day and finished the job. Happy with the customer service that was provided.

I have been using Wet Willie’s for so many years and as always they treat me like family. Dave the owner of the company his stellar staff treat every customer with care and satisfaction! Today I had Jared and his team opening my pool and they did a heck of a job especially with my water being so black with the warm winter. We had some severe thunderstorms during the open and they waited for the weather to pass and continued to take care of my pool , most companies would of left and rescheduled but Jared and his staff were determined to finish my opening and I appreciated the dedication. I have referred so many friends and Nieghbor’s to utilize Wet Willie’s and if you ever need a opening , closing , maintenance or any pool or spa related needs no one better than Dave and his company. Again , Jared and his team were amazing and made sure that I was very pleased with the service today. Great stuff as always.

This is a second review to my posting
I walked to my pool and I saw water gushing out my Multi Port Valve and shut my pool. I have friends coming over today so I was panicking to get the pool repaired
I called Dave the owner of Wet Willie’s who was on a Cruise with his family in Turkey and responded immediately and in an hour I had Joe a stellar technician at my house replacing it. I can’t believe Dave who was Iin another country in Europe dispatched emergency service to my house and made sure that my party was not disrupted from my pool failure today. Wet Willies Pool Service is the best and that’s why my family and friends use them all the time. Joe did an excellent job repacking my MPV and he could not have been any nicer. Dave your business is amazing and the staff you have are all great

Truly the most professional pool company that I’ve dealt with. Had an issue with an install of pool light that was installed by a different pool company which needed to be warrantied. Pool company did not want to help and told me to figure it out on my own. Wet Willie’s helped me in working with the pool light company and had it the light installed in no time, while keeping me updated every step of the way. I truly truly recommend. Never going anywhere else. Thank you again!

Our pump motor cannot be turned on upon our recent opening, and needless to say we were concerned about not having a working pump during the hot summer heat wave. We were pleasantly surprised to have Joe Hopkins coming over early next morning with the motor replaced within 30 minutes. Joe texted me before coming over, and was very skilled in what he is doing. He was very patient in answering all my questions as well. We also had Josh coming over several times before who is also very knowledgeable and patient. Overall we are happy about the services Wet Willie’s provided.

We used this company to install a new pool liner. They were fast, efficient and did a wonderful job. The liner looks perfect and Tom was so easy to work with. Highly recommend Wet Willie’s for your pool service needs!
