I walked into the pharmacy for the first time today. I was greeted by an older gentleman and I was impressed. Although there weren't many items to choose from, I found what I was looking for at a reasonable price. I walked over to the counter and stood behind a young man who was being helped by 2 people behind the counter, it seemed. Well, one of the workers looked at me and said in a very irritated tone, "Are you getting anything?" I was taken aback by his brashness. Speechless, I held up the item I wanted to purchase. Seeing my expression, he made a little joke to ease the tension by asking if that was all I was getting. I grabbed a few more nearby items and placed them on the counter as well as we laughed. I was given my total and as I was handing the worker my EBT card, I informed him that the numbers would have to be put in manually. He called for the other gentleman who greeted me when I first walked in. (Other customers walked in by this time) The gentleman who greeted me earlier walked behind the counter as I explained (and apologized) about the condition my card was in. He looked at me and said, "I'm going to do this for you just one time. But I'm not going to do this next time. They charge me for punching the numbers in", I took out my debit card and asked him to use this instead. He took the card and completed my purchase. He was very rude and spoke to me as if I was a nonentity. I really don't appreciate the disrespect. I'm an adult just like they are and I deserved to be treated as such and NOT to be talked down to. I will not return to that pharmacy again.

Its ok but the lady is smart at the mouth sometimes but you can excuse it because she's elderly
