After months of bad service the new manager Consuelo came to the rescue! She got my problem fixed in 5 minutes. I glad she works at this bank and she will definitely do a fantastic job here. I can confidently say she will make the customer service much better here.

Amazing location and easy in and out. If you want to talk to a teller, you will have to wait till 10.00 am. or /when they open. The ATM is always accessible

I haven't been inside since covid. The bank is beautiful you can tell they remodeled it..I was greeted immediately by customer service clerk( black young lady didn't get her name..I then was taken care of by bank teller Grecious very professional I was in out 5 minutes the most..I will be going back..Great service today!?

It was a very terrible experience coming to this branch… workers walking around and a line full of working people to be attended too… please everyone try different banks the services at Bank of America it’s unfair to working class Americans….

They don't want to give their customers their money that's in their bank account it's supposed to be customers first... right!!! It's only one person working at the window while the rest are sitting in the room laughing and joking

terrible service..1 teller at the window at major high volume center over 30 min wait just for a withdrawal..sad this is what I pay maintenance fees for??!!!in contrast I went to the South Orange branch 11min away and they had 2 tellers and 2 customer service agents were available to assist customers at that branch and I was out in less than 10min.. It doesn't take a genius to understand why the service at 1 location is able and willing to take care of their customers who are predominantly at a more high income than the other. It's an unfair business practice

This bank branch is trash waste of time you can go in there for something that might take 3 minutes to get what you need done…if you’re waiting on a teller to get something done good luck be prepared to wait for a half hour or more… it’s ridiculous at this point I see why people are starting their own banks…dealing with these people is not worth the time

Horrible, horrible horrible. Only one teller working on Saturdays. Look at the picture. I was on line for over 1hr just to speak to a teller. Someone need to report them to headquarters because this is unacceptable.

There are no tellers only one and your waiting for like 30 mins just to a teller
