Jus get the Springfield ave Irvington location to upgrade my
Moms phone I paid an extra 50 something dollars
For what I transferred the data myself because neither of the reps knew what they were doing they told me the smart switch wasn’t compatible I told them
Yes it was and transferred it myself as far as activation I could have activated the device myself that was not worth it I don’t understand what I paid extra for!!!!!!

When I went to pay my bill the store was very hot and smelled like dead mice then they didn't pay my phone bill keep getting a text saying my account is suspended will not go there again smh
