Rude, indignant, bought phone, next day brought back to exchange, store rep knew nothing, advised me to come back when manager was available, wouldn't call, let it be known I have no time for a default phone, but obliged it, came back to a guarantee worry free after a troubleshoot, problem persisted, was at my witts end today 04012022 when I told them of my time period, & just to switch it already. Asked for more money, or insurance. Had neither & Boost denied me. Pain&Suffering, with manager "Sammy" @boostmobile#goofies won't honor my ACP, such false advertising

Disgusting horrible unacceptable experience I arrive to the store at 10 a.m. the store is set to open at 9 a.m. the worker was not available he was not in the store he took 30 minutes to arrive then when he arrives he has an attitude I tell him I needed assistance he says with what I explain that I went to Apple last night to replace a device that boost Mobile refuse to replace for two years although them knowing it was defectiveupon receipt. He looks at the phone andsays he can't help me and then proceeds to speak over me and address the next customer as if I was not standing there nevertheless did not help my issue or even try to resolve or find out what the problem to why my service wasn't picking up on my device this is unacceptable but then again it speaks volumes to the current state of boost Mobile's customer service. Never again and I would advise no one who is respectable orprofessional to waste a time at this location.
