“As a woman, I absolutely HATE dealing with anything car-related. Even getting an oil change gives me anxiety 😂. So when my transmission went while I was driving on the highway, my anxiety went through the roof.
Thankfully, I had a warranty, but even that made me nervous. The last time I used this same warranty, every shop I dealt with acted like it was such a burden. Faraj Auto was the COMPLETE opposite.

Most importantly, I felt comfortable and SAFE trusting them with my car.
Warranty or no warranty, Faraj Auto is officially my car place. My daughter will need a car soon, and they’ll also be one of the first places I look.

“Replaced the glass in three hours. Vacuumed out a lot of the glass. However, never gave me my keys so I drove away (push start ignition) with a spare in my purse only to realize he never put my keys back in the vehicle. I asked him to mail them and he said he didn't have them. He could not have driven the car into the bay without the keys so he has them somewhere!”

“Great tint job, impressed. What removes a star for me is that they didn’t tell me until I was paying for it that there was a significant service charge added on for all credit transactions. Looking back, I should have just left and came back with cash, but I was already inconvenienced and just didn’t feel like being further inconvenienced by having to come back. Something like that needs be more more clear to the customer.”
