The customer service in the work is there are excellent, But there’s been multiple occasions where this fake security guard has followed me around the store multiplication just watching me not saying anything(Mind you he’s not an asshole security guard. He’s a fake security for the store cause he don’t have a badge. He don’t have a vest that’s in security nothing). But it’s like multiple explications where he’ll be creep up behind me trying to look over in my car to see if I’m stealing or not and I realize at that point he was just picking because it’ll be times I come to the store with my own cart and then times that I don’t have a cart and I’ll pick a cart out From the store. so I noticed that he will follow around the store, but wouldn’t make it so noticeable where I could say something to him but at the same time I’m still respectful. I’ll still go about my day went shopping went in and out the store because I didn’t want no problems. I went in the store today to get a couple of items and I had my same buggy mind you nobody told me it was not OK for me to not have the buggy or bring the buggy around cause most people do it so it’s been occasions where he would pick at me, but I didn’t say anything because I’m not thinking all this man is just trying to create problems cause it was incident. He asked me oh you got them items from the store and I was like yes do you want to see my receipt no issues Other workers asked me did I get them from another store and I showed them receipt because there’s no issue especially if I got it from another store so I leave and forget that I was supposed to get ice so I come back in the store for to go to the ice aisle and I hear somebody yelling and screaming so I turn my head and I’m like I don’t know what’s happening so I keep going not thinking and think of it because the man is far away from me and in my mind I’m not thinking he’s yelling at me so he follows me around and it’s like oh you can’t have that you can’t have the buggy you can’t have the buggy you gotta take it to the front you gotta take us to the front. I said what are you talking about? He said you know you already know I said, sir I don’t know nothing and nobody told me nobody ever told me I can’t ride around with the buggy, I’ve been in the store multiple times and I said to him at this point you pick it you’re picking and you’ve been following me around in the store multiple occasions And so he’s following me to the front and I was just like I don’t want no issues so I just walked out didn’t say nothing and he’s yelling and screaming as I’m leaving the store just yell yelling mind you he’s never spoken to me only that one time when he asked me Did I get those items from another store so for him to say oh you already know the Drill. He
was. I’m like he was just so disrespectful for him to not even know who I am. It’s a way to do things and I was not the way , especially to somebody’s child. He’s a grown man guaranteed that I’m grown too, but I’m freshly grown. It is not a way to treat nobody. So if anybody knows the owner or manger of this store let me know because the way he acted was not okay

I bought Cassava(manioc/yuca) from that store, just to notice that it has gone bad when I peeled it.

They discriminate if you are not Haitian. At least the lady with the wig bangs. Not helpful. Don't always assume just because you speak in another language about customer looking for an item you don't carry, and be insulting that she won't know what your saying. Be better. Your job is customer service. And I needed help, which you ignored me twice. Racism in blacks against other blacks is unintelligently rude. It actually took a stranger, who was shopping to help me...."they did not carry eggnog." Be better little Haitian girl with wig and bangs be better.

This place is in the heart of the ghettos. The meat/chicken sold here is tough sick chickens with an all types of discolorations. The employees speak no English and they lack intelligence and education. I’ve been here 3 times due to location convenience. First time- rotten chicken. Second time - customer service sent me to a register for a return on sed chicken, register sent me back to customer service they both hated their jobs/life. Third time- the lady called her manger and security and said I was trying to steal a basket because I wanted to leave my paid for items and grab a bag from my car. Atp this place is tailored to the demographics that work there. Low income low mindset

I arrived at 8:50 on the dot to grab 1 item and was told the store is closed. Meanwhile, the website site states the store closes at 9pm. If you want to close before 9pm just say that instead of saying that’s when the store close time is 8:50🤡
Off to Stop & Shop I go✌🏾
