This salon fell off SO BAD! They don’t even know how to do hair properly and they are very rude, one young lady is very rough and has no manners and the older lady who sits in the middle chair is very rude and talk about you in Spanish , also when it’s time to pay they don’t say thank you, and the older lady gives you back your change or card on the table when you gave it to her in her hand. But I found a new hair salon, you ladies need to fix up your people skills , that’s why yall are loosing customers!

Very bad experience, no heat protectant was used on my hair , the lady was very rude to me and didn’t let me get the option for a receipt . She also kept burning me and didn’t check if I was okay . Careless with my hair honestly .

I’m not really sure of what to expect, since I haven’t had my hair done since 2009. I will say this I got exactly what I came for which was a blowout. The only thing I did not like is that the hairdryer was too hot. On a positive note The shampoo job felt amazing on my scalp. Overall, I think it was acceptable. I paid $30 for my blowout and I gave the lady a $10 tip. I ain’t gonna lie, the place is not that glamorous, but it is what it is.

I’ve been coming here for 10+ years now . Everything they do they do it right . & if one person can’t do it they will help each other. It’s very clean & the prices are affordable.

The Salon honestly deserves no stars. However, the older women specifically hold grudges against you if not Dominican or if your hair isn’t as soft and easy to manage. Just my luck right. I went into the salon, the lady in charge specifically on Tuesday’s she told me they were closed and I looked at the time it was 4:37pm the salon closes at 5:30pm. I asked her what time they close and I was told to sit down. She kept changing the price and trying to over charge me on my hair because I didn’t want to blow dry it. $30, $35, $45. So now all a sudden she couldn’t remember what she usually charges people. The lady washes my hair and proceeds to rough it up and purposely put the water hose in my ear to get me to sit up because it was “close to closing time”, end of her shift. After over washing my hair proceeding to change the temper to make it uncomfortable and damaging it. She puts the rollers in my head while proceeding to rip my hair apart. I told her to be gentle she continues. I have thin and medium length hair. After 20 minutes of ripping my hair large clumps of hair is on the floor. So I’m then taken to the dryer station and she tells me that I should’ve chosen to blow dry my hair. Is it her hair that needs done or is it mine? I didn’t know people could tell you that their opinion is the best decision for your hair. After 45 minutes she blow dryers my hair anyway. My head was so traumatized of being swayed left and right all while she was pulling my hair and talking really negative things about me to her co worker in a different language. How did I know? Because I learned that same different language and it took me 2 years and it doesn’t take an expert to know by the words she was saying, her body language her giving me a side eye, that is completely wrong, unprofessional and unethical. Needless to say this is my last experience here. Make no mistake women are NOT supportive no matter what profession or race you are.

My favorite salon, Yorsee, is my stylist, and the only one that does my hair. Since she has been doing my hair, it is more healthy and moisturized.

If I could leave a review of zero I would. Went there sept 9 to get a blow out and press. Had it in for just a week and washed my hair out. My hand started coming out from the root by strands , my hair is natural 4c hair and they put relaxer or something in the shampoo/conditioner. I can’t comb my hair without it falling out. You people ruined my hair . Y’all should be shut down. Don’t do that to people . The photo I added is just some of what came out my hair

The place doesn't look it's best but it has potential. But what makes this place amazing is the staff! The hair stylist are very nice and friendly, but most of all, do an amazing job!

Website says “Saturday closed by 5:30 pm” when I arrived at 3:30pm I was turned away and they said they were closed ☹️. The times need to be updated

I Came here because one of my homegirls suggested and at first everything was okay . The lady looked at my natural hair & said my total was 45 and at the moment I didn’t have enough cash so she said okay , I sat down to get my hair washed , I gave the washer my products to use and she used something I didn’t want her to use . I said something and of course she tried to say other wise and the other lady came up to me and was like your hair is going to be 50 instead of 45 and I asked her why the price increase she stated because of my length . Long story short I hated the experience and wished I had a better one .Services: Shampoo & conditioning

The hair dresser did a excellent job giving me a relaxer. She was very friendly and careful with treating my hair. I’ve got compliments from other stylists on how my hair was looking. I’m going back to her again to relax my hair. A satisfied customer ?
