Scam Scam. Not only did they sell me a lemon. They also committed insurance fraud. My experience was a nightmare. John sold me a vehicle that was not drivable. I paid my down payment and was lied to that the Jeep just needed the camera to be fixed. After a week my truck still wasn't ready. Keep in mind I have a car note . John gave me a loner car to drive for almost 2weeks (please see pics below) the truck he gave me was disgusting. It smelled like urine, it was junky, had cigarette butts all over the floor. Finally, after almost a month I was told the truck was ready. When leaving out of Executive parking lot the truck shut off, I didn't even make it out of the lot. I had to leave my truck there for a few more days. After picking my truck up one week later while driving my truck was smoking (see pics below) . I reached out to the owner and was giving the run around. I had to take my truck to Jeep dealership to fix my car. I payed 1,700 to fix it and was told the transmission wasn't good. For the past year I've been in close contact with John, and the owner and still they have not rectified the situation. NO ONE should be treated like this. Legal action will be taking, as justice needs to be served. I've created a blog about my experience. If any one would like to join please feel free to contact me.

By far the best dealership to purchase a car. They made it super easy and fun. I am super happy with my truck. They have a great selection of cars at great prices! Everyone was super friendly including the owner.

El 11/07/2023, fui al dealer Executive auto group en ************************, a ver un carro, ******* tucson ao 2020, en excelentes condiciones, corriendo mu* bien, motor * transmisin mu* bien,ttulo limpio segn el dealer.Me venden el vehculo,me hacen la financiacin con ******** financial, entregue $3500 de down pa*ment,$300 para seguro * registration provisoria lo cual nunca tuve, *a que fue solicitado * fue cancelado el mismo da que saqu el carro del dealer, estuve sin seguro toda la semana,$399 por papeleo administrativo.Al segundo da que anduve en el carro me prendi la ************ intermitente,(desde este da el carro qued estacionado en parking de mi casa),vena en la carretera 80 con mi hija de 9 aos,* el carro se movi para todos lados * redujo de golpe la velocidad, gracias a dios * tengo buenos reflejos, sino del susto nos podramos haber matado, por lo cual llamo al dealer * me dicen que el Sr. **** que fue quien me vendi el auto no existe, llamo al banco para explicar la situacin * me piden un reporte de mi mecnico, se los envo, el cual consta que al vehculo ha* que cambiarle o abrirle el motor para arreglarlo,tambin fui a ******* oficial, me dieron el Carfax del vehculo * tiene la bloqueada la garanta en todo el pas. Yo decido que no quiero el carro porque *o compr algo que estaba en mu* buenas condiciones segn el dealer.El banco se *** 18 das para decirme que ellos no podan solucionarme nada * que *o **** que hacer los pagos, an as habiendo prensentado pruebas e toda esta informacin.El da 12/04,mi pareja llama al dealer para avisar que vo* a llevar el carro para devolverlo,*a que ni ellos ni el banco se quieren hacer responsables por el carro daado,no me quieren cancelar la deuda, no me quieren devolver el down pa*ment,ni los otros gastos que tuve. Contrat un remolque * lo llev al dealer.El banco * el dealer fueron notificados antes de los 10 das que el carro est daado * que no lo quiero,no es seguro,fue devuelto antes 30 das

I don't recommend them at all. I bought a vehicle from that dealer the same day I took it home on the highway it had a vibration in the steering wheel I contacted them no one wanted to respond after 1 month the transmission was damaged I contacted them they didn't give me a response either they ignored me . In the end I had to pay for the transmission myself. That is the worst dealer, I do not recommend them at all because what you buy there without problems is not vehicles. I am getting advice to sue them.

Nicest people in the world until they need to keep their word.Purchased a vehicle, noticed a leak almost immediately, told them about it and was given a generous warranty.A month down the line, the car begins to overheat, I take it to them then proceed to get a run around and repair refused.Dishonorable and disingenuous, avoid doing business with them if possible.

My fiancé and I visited on Tuesday to look at a vehicle. While it wasn’t quite what we expected and didn’t wind up purchasing, I do have to commend and compliment the employees. Stuart was very upfront and honest with us, unlike another dealer we recently visited, and made us feel very comfortable without any pressure. If they have a car that you’re interested in, ask for him!

To surprise you... I bought a 2017 vehicle at this establishment and it had
Engine problems. I didn't want to receive it, after so much insisting they received it. And oh surprise, two days later they called me to tell me that the car was “stolen from their establishment…”
At this moment I have them sued before the Newar court. If anyone has been a victim of this dealer, contact me to put them in the class action lawsuit that I will file in a few weeks. We are already 3 people and we need more…
