Bad business!! They stole two pair of sneakers out of the washer and when i asked for management number, they said they was not allowed to give it to me. Only the store number.if you cherish your clothes, wash them at another laundrymat. a bunch of thieves work there.

Staff well the gentleman that works here cleaning was very rude and nasty told me to move didn’t say excuse me because he wanted to mop i explained to him it’s a way to say excuse me politely but he was very nasty and rude consistently doing the same thing I guess customer service doesn’t exist i will never come here again.

Service is kind of flip floppy, sometimes good sometimes terrible. Some machines only have cold water. Dryers are way too hot, and the washers don’t wash that well. I still go because it’s close by and have a lot of machines

NEVER EVER EVER EVER, Drop your clothes off here for them to wash and fold.Several times they have mixxed up clothes with other customers and they never care.

This place is close to were I live but, most of the washer and dryer machines are out of service, just move in the area it a shame I have to go to anotherlaundromat and this here is so convenient, I hope who ever own it pay attention to the reviews and fix the machines. Thank you

I WILL NEVER DROP MY CLOTHES HERE FOR WASH & FOLD EVER AGAIN! I wouldn’t suggest anyone else drop yours off either unless you want your clothes missing or mixed up in other peoples clothes.A few months ago, I dropped 3 bags of clothes off for their wash & fold service and realize they mixed my clothes with someone else’s. I literally had to sort through another persons clothes to get my clothes and give them their clothes. They refunded me what I prepaid for my troubles.It took me at least 6 months to get up the courage to use their services again. My husband and I dropped off 2 bags this past weekend and I explained to the manager, Naomi*, about the previous incident and she said she remembered me and that there was a new employee at the time that made that mistake. She ensured me that she would do the wash & fold and I had nothing to worry about. Of course that wasn’t the case because when I received my clothes back, 4 bedding sets were missing. They “found” my sheets the next day but I had already purchased other sheets because I’m unsure where they “found” these at. When I asked for a refund we were told that ownership denied the request.Oh I almost forgot to mention, they wanted to charge me an additional $10 per fabric mattress protector. Mind you, I’ve used their services for years and they have never charged me additional for a mattress protector. No where do they have it posted of this fee.Horrible service.

Had a problem with a broken machine but attendant was very friendly and corrected the problem not only with the laundry but I must admit she defused my agitation with the situation as well.

Horrible half the machines do not work, and the ones that do work, the workers are using them, or they have clothes in them that the worker refuses to remove.

Worst laundry to go I went to the place I asked a lady yo help me she was being very mean to me and she didn’t know if I speak Spanish she was talking in Spanish about me with the other lady that not how you treat customers I add the pic she is the first one
