“My wife and I recently purchased furniture from S&S Furniture Gallery, and I can confidently say that it was one of the best shopping experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in, Amir provided us with exceptional service , taking his time to walk us through different options and ensuring we found the perfect furniture for our apartment. He was patient, knowledgeable, and truly cared about making sure we were happy with our choices—not just trying to make a sale. What really stood out was the level of personalized attention we received. Unlike big chain stores where you feel rushed or pressured, Amir made us feel comfortable and valued as customers. He listened to our needs, helped us choose pieces that fit our space and style, and even worked with us on pricing to make sure we got the best deal possible. But the amazing service didn’t stop at the purchase. The delivery and setup process was just as impressive! Amir’s moving team was professional, careful, and respectful. They took their time bringing our furniture up multiple flights of stairs, making sure nothing was scratched or damaged in the process. Once everything was inside, they meticulously assembled each piece, double-checking that everything was sturdy and perfectly placed before they left. Their attention to detail and care made all the difference. On top of their top-notch service, S&S Furniture Gallery has the best prices in all of Jersey—hands down. We shopped around before making our purchase, and no one came close to offering the quality and affordability that S&S provides. It’s rare to find a business that offers both unbeatable deals and truly outstanding customer service, but Amir and his team deliver on both fronts. I couldn’t be more satisfied with our experience, and I will absolutely be recommending S&S Furniture Gallery to all my friends and family. If you’re looking for quality furniture, fair prices, and a team that genuinely cares about your satisfaction, this is the place to go. Five stars all the way!”

“Patricia really took her time with us and explained in detail the differences between the various mattress types. The thing we most appreciated is she was very thorough and didn’t rush us and certainly was not pushy, as some sales people can be. The delivery was seamless. The two guys that made the delivery were great. Delivery was on time and the guys were pleasant.”

“I just had the most amazing experience when I called the Pc Richard & Son located on Richmond Avenue in Staten Island, New York Because my mother’s refrigerator that she bought from them over 19 years ago finally was on its last leg and she needed to get another one and unfortunately had a terrible accident & was hospitalized and now we tried to call and get another one Once she got discharged and she was so worried and this Angel by the name of Valerie Blatt Answer the phone and she took care of every single thing and got us a refrigerator that was comparable to her last one but better and she was so professional and so sweet. I highly recommend anyone getting their appliances from here. This process was the most simplest thing thanks to her. It was the best experience me ordering anything over the phone in my life🙏❤💪”

“I had a great experience at Mattresses Firm thanks to Emad , the sleep expert, I came in to look for a pillow because I’ve been dealing with some neck pain. Emad took the time to really understand my situation instead of just trying to sell me something. He asked the right questions about my sleep position and the kind of discomfort I’ve been having, and based on that, he recommended a pillow that turned out to be exactly what I needed. What stood out the most was how knowledgeable and patient he was. He explained the differences between options in a way that was easy to understand, and I never felt rushed or pressured. It genuinely felt like he cared about helping me find the right solution rather than just making a sale. The pillow he recommended has already made a noticeable difference for my neck pain, and I really appreciate his guidance.”
