One of the ladies that seemed like a senior to the other ladies was very rude. They told me they couldn't accept Apple Pay and then I tried to Zelle another customer, to which they shut me down. They said I needed a physical card but failed to tell me which type so when I came back with my credit card they told me once again it would not be accepted. It seems to me like they just aren't trained very well and honestly need more assistance.

I just left this money gram business and their customer service stinks. I went there to pick up some money sent to me. I went in, joined the line and waited my turn to transact my business. I had the reference number and all information required digitally and did notgorm. I got to the head of the line and was informed. I took the paper form took less than two minutes to fill it and attempted to return to the window I was at. I was told I need to joined the line again by this time, the cashier took away the paper form with my information and told me that I cannot leave with it. Mind you I did not go through with the transaction and only my personal info was on this paper. know that I needed to full out a paper

No customer service at all they need to be trained, they are so nasty for no reason at all. They make it seems like u go there begging for something....,I think whoever own this place should drop by sometime acting like a customer just to see how they act

Wednesday, December 4. I tried to buy my money order at 29 union ave, and they didn't want to sell me the people in the windows, (I have videos) they asked me for I.D. and I showed them to you, but after they wanted my passport, I have a passport but I am not carrying it every day on my way to work, I ask you to please that the people who work in that place, fix their racist problems or house problems!

I will never go there again. Bad customer service that fat lady there had attitude. I went there on may 9, 2018 to send money to my family in Haiti because they have emergency and the lady there told me she's not going to do it because she don't feel like doing it. So now I had to drive around to find another one. She was rude. This is why I rather go to places where they have people that are not black. Most black people don't know how to treat their customer. You just lost one customer and my other friends that used to go there too. I give a 1 star because theres nothing lower than that.
