Was only here for a uhaul and the young man who "helped" was very rude and had an attitude; zero customer service had a very "I don't care and why are you here" attitude. So I left and took my money and business elsewhere

THEY STOLE ITEMS OUT MY VEHICLE AND USED MY IDENTITY TO OPEN CERTAIN ACCOUNTS THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY.
MY CAR WAS TOWED A FOR 1 DAY AND I WENT TO PICK MY CAR UP SAME DAY !!! MY WALLET WAS IN THERE IRVINPOLICE DIDNT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT BUT TELL ME TO
FILE A REPORT THEY HAVE CAMERAs and everything and it wont be shown what so ever
THEY CHARGED ME $329 TO GET MY CAR OUT THE LOT.
MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT GOING THERE OR IF YOU GET PULLED UP W NO INSURANCE TAKE EVERYTHING OUT YOUR VEHICLE PLEASE

Got tow, they need to work on customer service, Don't want them having your car at all, check your car once they give it to you. Waiting 37 mins for them to give me the wrong car, they lady seemed aggravated because she had to redo the paperwork, small building only 3-4 people can fit.

My car got towed,supposedly I blocked a drive way,I thought it was stolen, I had to go to the police station to get a release then pick up my car,,paid ,close to $200,what a day off!

Make sure to have your windows close, they charge 25$ each to slap a plastic if the window is open. They also damaged my car in the process and stole my car battery jump starter (100$ value). How is this legal? Someone need to sue this company.
Also, don't leave your car there for more than 5 hours.. they move cars around with a forklift if they're blocking other cars that need to be retrieved. The forklift will most likely damage the front bumper or rear. The more your car sitting there, the more it will be moving around with a forklift.

MTS towing Irvington.They are a rip off . I recently was involved in a car accident in Irvington there’s definitely a scam being ran between this towing service and the police . I never had to pay damn near $400 for a 24 hr tow& storage fee . The employee was down right nasty from start to finish . Like I asked to be in an accident she was rude af & not one ounce of empathy for my situation. The worst customer service in my life . Don’t give them your money bcuz clearly that’s all they are interested in

Received the car back like this, and the customer services intelligence is questionable. They said my car wasn’t here but I had a tracker on the car and as soon as I said so they hung up on me. Also my exhaust is bent so there’s a major exhaust leak and when I tell them they “ go fill out a police report “. Dirty work. You have my vote to close it down or hire respectable people.

Deadass had me waiting 2 hours just to say they called and tried to tell me they couldn’t come, when they never called at all, very unprofessional company and was harassed by the operator for calling them to see an update, you have a better chance of walking home then going with this companyService: Car towing
