I have been a customer here for at least 10 years. I should've learned my lesson by now. The customer service here is the worst I've ever seen and they barely get your nails right. If you complain they don't do anything to help you. They don't make you comfortable and they are not very clean. It is a shame that most of the women that pay their bills are black, because they don't respect us at all. I will NEVER go back. I wish I could show a picture of what I asked for versus what I got, you wouldn't believe it. Please do not waste you money or time here.

Please DO NOT waste your time & money going here to get your feet and nails done. They rush on your feet and the pedicure SUCKS, no wonder this place is ALWAYS EMPTY!! I had to leave 1 star to do a review when they deserve 000000

The one good thing I have to say is that the lady who did my nails was a nice person but everything else was not good and I would honestly just want my money back. I don't think I've ever had my nails done this bad and still pay full price. Nails broke the next day and was not what I wanted. The photos speak for itself.

Excellent place to get your eyebrows done and your nails done but I don't go for nails but it was emergency situation so I went and I had a wonderful tech whom did a great job on my nails.

This Place should be shut down!!! three days ago I went there to get my lashes done.. I know they are horrible with nails but I know a couple people who go there for lashes.. so I go I pay a extra $10 because I ask for full.. after doing my lashes she puts glue on the lashes which make them hard and stiff.. my eyes turn blood red I'm thinking ok first day my eyes will clear up over time the lashes started to become very painful to the point my eyeballs was hurting... my eyes got more red and began to swell to the point I can't take it and I'm like they have to come off.. she glued all my real lashes in this hard stiff lashes she put on me so you can imagine how painful it was to get them off and I literally have no more of my own natural lashes..I will stick to strip lashes...please please please do not go here the state board needs to shut this non license business down..
