Terrible !!!! The staff is so rude. Even the manager!! Online and their website says they close at 8 and they locked the door and RUSHED me while I was in there at 7:30. There were so many customers walking to the door confused. They were very rude while I was shopping.

The worst rainbow ever! They are supposed to close at 9pm but have the door locked with the gate down before 820. An employee came to the door saying they are closed. I said they closed at 9pm and she said no. So I asked her what time they closed she said “ummmmm…8:30.” And that is a lie because I got there at 8:20 the door was lock and the gate down. She laughed in my face and walked away.

Why is me and 8 other people standing outside of rainbow waiting to open. They open at 10..mind you it's 1030 and we still waiting for them to open. Unacceptable!

Brought a dress from rainbow in Irvington nj and the dress was to small I lost the receipt and wanted to exchange the dress for a larger size they refused so I Brought a nother dress in a larger size but b I will never shop at that store again they lost a valuable customer the tree that bends never brake bend a little before you go broke ijs

Bigger than most Rainbow stores with a little more of a variety of clothing.However, there is usually workers on the floor to help, but you would have to go to them if looking for assistance. They will not ask if you need any help finding items. They need to work on better customer service with making the customers feel welcomed coming into their store to shop.Overall though, it's a good store.

Very huge rainbow stores. You alot to choose from. They sell ladies, plus size ladies, and kids clothes. They also sell shoes, lingerie, jewelry, perfumes, shades, and socks. If you go you can some good clearance items.

My sis and I went to the Rainbow Shop for a few outfits. This Rainbow is very big, clean and the selections are pretty good. The clothes are affordable and stylish. The staff was friendly and helpful unlike the Rainbow shop in Orange NJ. The store is located on a busy Ave and the parking is not so good. I would recommend this location due to the large selection of women fashions.

this is my third time this week comin at 8:20 and this store is supposed to close at 9 what kind of business are yu running and then the manager and staff were very dismissive and rude when i asked why are they closed so early
