Subject: THESE PEOPLE ARE SLY CROOKS!! BUYER BEWARE!!
Comments: In 2018 I purchased a 2011 7 series BMW from them which immediately began giving me mechanical issues within the 30 day warranty period. I returned this LEMON and Mr. Adam Mardi suggested I get into a 2011 S 550 Mercedes Benz for an additional 5k. I took the bait. Both vehicles had aesthetic issues which Mr. Mardi gave assurances that would be taken care of but sadly were not. They had their 2nd rate mechanic who had ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA WHAT HE WAS DOING work on my Mercedes in the rear of their dealership in an area that looks like a JUNKYARD, remove my front bumper, realize he had the wrong parts (again) and tried to put my bumper back together with RUSTY HANGER WIRE!!! (I HAVE THE PICTURES) After bringing this to Mr. Mardi's attention, he told me to get it repaired correctly elsewhere and they'd reimburse me. THEY DID NOT!! I SUED, THEY LOST, and what did they do to get out of paying me....changed the name from SPRINGFIELD AUTO GROUP to PRNDLL AUTO GROUP. Even their lawyer tried to insult me with a LOWBALL OFFER initially and when I refused he just said WELP, they're out of business anyway, so good luck trying to get your money. Strangely enough, when you "GOOGLE" SPRINGFIELD AUTO GROUP what pops up?? PRNDLL AUTO GROUP? When you look up the STAFF of PRNDLL who pops up?? ALL OF THEM!! Starting with Mr. Mardi!! ....Coincidence?? NOPE!! SHADY CROOKS!! STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THESE UNSCRUPULOUS SHYSTERS!!!!
ITS 2024 and I will continue to inform ANY & EVERYONE about your shady business practices by encouraging them to stay FAR AWAY FROM YOUR ESTABLISHMENT!!!!! GIVE ME MY 4000.00 PLUS DOLLAR YOU OWE ME BY LAW!!!!! CROOKS!!!!!!!
NOW PROVE I'M LYING TO THE PUBLIC!!!!!??? YOU CAN'T BECAUSE YOU KNOW I'M TELLING THE TRUTHl!!!! And..........YOU KNOW I HAVE COURT DOCUMENTS TO PROVE IT!!!!

EXTREMELY OVERPRICED vehicles!! Do your research people on what the cars are actually worth!Stopped by a few days ago and they were selling me cars 5000$ OVER the actual value! Not including taxes.Aside from that, the cars are very dirty and not kept well.Money hungry salespeople.Save yourself the headache and take YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE
