My wife and I visited this T-Mobile location looking to open an account for our business needs and Q. ROMERO made the mission successful. “Q” is a great Mobile Expert and she handled my wife and I with respect ever step of the process. We choose 2 iPhone 14s with 3 lines and a BYOD with the GoBusiness plan 100GB HS! This location is wheelchair accessible. No public bathrooms. @IAMAJSUPERNOVA

If I could give this store a half of star, I would. The very first time I went in one employee, Leo did initiate to assist me while others either were looking down or assisting others. Leo took my phone, had the manager check and told me to call Assurant/ insurance with a phone number and email address which he provided. I told him I called the insurance already but he told me there was a "glitch" internally that I possibly caused by dropping the phone. No problem. I did all that Leo said, contacted the insurance and T-mobile, told them about the "glitch" which resulted in me returning back to this local T-mobile store for a manufactory warranty exchange. I went back to the store again, Leo remembered me and told me I did the claim wrong. Wait...but I did exactly what he told me to? Then I asked Leo and his manager if they'd contact T-mobile and was told that the corporate cannot override the store. Frustrated, I left but immediately returned requesting documentation detailing what is wrong with the phone--- so I could correctly communicate that to Assurant. I was told by the manager or supervisor that there is no documentation to print and the store would receive a ''hit" if they exchange the phone and I caused the damage--ok. Leo then offered to assist with making the claim online, reminded me that I would have to pay a deductible for a phone, told me to go to Samsung Headquarters in Maywood, NJ for an manufactor's exchange and suggested I could have it repaired by the store.All this could have been prevented by communicating specifically and clearly the damage that was done to the phone with compassion and accountability. I really hope that the staff will be better to customers in the future.

The best customer service experience I’ve ever had from any phone company. All of the employees are kind, respectful and willing to help. I had a complicated situation but it didn’t stop them from being professional and respectful. A big thank you to Leo and Anthony, I truly appreciate you guys!

On October 27, 2023…. I walked into my T-Mobile Store of Choice in Irvington, New Jersey… somewhat Frustrated with The In ability To Receive My IPHONE 15 Plus promptly, my Deposit was Paid, necessary online document signed and contracted agreement seal. My purpose for for upgrading at this time was for a Business Workshop… After Several Calls with Both T-mobile & UPS, Representatives… The Resolve was my phone was sent back. Supposedly and according to Ups, this was due to an Delivery Address Error on T-Mobile’s part. When I Walked in the Store, Anthony Greeted me with assurance my issue would be resolved… The Representative That Assisted Me By the name Of Amanda was excellent in her Policy & Procedure Knowledge as Well as her Customer Service Skills… And immediately shifted my Frustration to a Customer with the assurance , I was a Valued Customer.

Hey everyone, I decided to treat myself to a new iPad for my birthday. The Tmobile store in Irvington center was the best. Joy, the Sales Rep, was so professional, nice, kind, and respectful while helping me walk out the door with a new iPad. This store should hold on to her and I hope you get to experience her kindness soon. I rate her and the story with a 100. Good job.
