It's clean, staff members are well spoken and friendly, someone's always around to help when needed. Prices are fare and the have nice furniture. You can almost found whatever your looking for in value zone.

Customer service is lacking. Must have high robberies...I was followed through the store. The location on Springfield is so much better.

Big place only a few stores. It’s hard to get in and out because you have to walk long distances. Most of the items in Value Zone are low quality merchandise. For myself I just go there to buy cleaning supplies, but seeing the results of these products use, I no longer shop there

Trinidadian guy followed and stalked me around the store then when i turned and gave him eye contact he acted as though he was organizing items. The worse, how would i store items with no bag/bags . PREJUDICE is crazy i walked right out. They lost a fine customer . Used to shop there a lot and spend tremendously until i moved . No More Support from me!!!

Good store. I dislike that there's no direct entrance/exit though, I have to walk all the way to the mall entrance. Prices are great and the selection is good. Very clean store.

This new department store in town is amazing! It's nice to have a store in the South ward that has items for the household that can be purchased locally. They always have medical scrubs for those that might need a quick uniform. There's a wide selection of toiletries and soaps available all the time. It's spacious and located in the new mall. It's located right next to the gym, so you could easily pick up a workout outfit right before getting sweaty! All in all, it's a nice department store!

I gave 5 stars BECAUSE THIS PLACE IS NOT CLOSED. IT IS OPEN AND THEY HAVE EVERYTHING, EVEN FURNITURE.
