Literally been on hold over 10 m because the pharmacist picks up without listening to say" please hold" before you can get a sound out and places you back in the queue. I can't even say hello before she disappears. Disgusting service.

The overall worse location in the area. It’s not the service, the employees are actually quite pleasant. It’s everything else. The parking lot, the harassing homeless, the pointless security guards that exist to simply be a key bearer for the stores increasingly locked up inventory. The ATM is about 90% off the time “Not working”. I feel like the only people who shop here, do so Out of habit, because I see the same faces every time I do come.

Ridiculous wait times to pick up a prescription. One person working with 6 people in line. And they can’t find anyone’s prescriptions, which extends the wait.

Shift leader at 10:15pm on August 29, 2024 located at 810 springfield ave, Irvington NJ STORE # 15010, is not a leader at all. Extremely rude while lovely Tamirah L was trying to help me with a digital coupon. The worst experience ever at any Walgreens. If not for Tamirah L i would have lost it in there. By the way, Tamirah is the only associate with a name tag on. Walgreens need to do better.

I am a MA in our office at Advanced Gastroenterology, Every time I call for a patient meds they always putting me on hold over and over, this is the worse pharmacy ever. they answer the phone and put me in hold real quick with out me responding back. I am on the phone at least 25 min and still counting. I can't get anybody or a pharmacist in the phone at all.

Very unprofessional. They have you waiting on the phone for hours. I miss Rite aid! Cashiers are nasty. Bought a milk and wanted a refund didn't even leave out the store the cashier told me she couldn't do it I had to wait 10 mins before she called the store manager to give me a refund. Those young girls need to be more trained on how to deal with customers.
