They waited until I got inside the bank to tell me that it’s closed, when the hours on the website say that it doesn’t close anytime soon. Didn’t have an explanation for that, wouldn’t let me speak to a manager. The guards kept dismissing me ignorantly & disrespectfully.. I wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone or anyones relative.. they are completely unacceptable In all aspects of banking and customer service.. every guard in that facility needs to be fired immediately.. with me standing near the atm machines.. he only let two people in and then said it was closed.. I got in the bank before the closing time(that is not posted online) the guard looked at me and told me that it was closed.. as customer service representative myself.. I find it very unprofessional to not let all the customers standing in the facility the ability to speak to a banker.. but it’s professional to them to accept everyone else in the building except one person.. do better Wells Fargo!

went to deposit a cashiers check into my account and they told me they have to hold it for 7 days..even after they verified the check!!! Thus the reason a number is on the front of the check is to verify who it came from and where its going..its a cashiers check!!!!! It is supposed to clear the next day!!!! I am definitely closing my account that is unheard of..how are u holding cash for 7 days????? Their excuse were me having an overdraft in the past 6 months..what does that have to do with a cashiers check deposit???

I am a customer I didn't even get a email stating that your site is closed and what to do .This bank is sending my mom emails about closing and she's not a customer very poor business

Staff in this branch suck to say the least. Who is the manager? I go there to open an account am told i need a proof of address, i show them the proof they tell me i need a job, mind you am self employed and i have a check of $800 i need to deposit the customer service gentleman(a black guy fat guy (on duty afternoon July 9 2018) tells me i go open an account at Bank of America crazy they need me more than i need them because i have options.

Poor service they hold your money even after its been verified this is ridiculous i have never had this problem with any other bank. I'm definitely closing my account.
