Avoid This Store – Deceptive & Incompetent Service
We wasted seven days dealing with an alleged port transfer for a new line, only to find out that AT&T was never able to complete the transfer in the first place. When I visited the Woodbridge AT&T store, the representative there informed me that this location is not even affiliated with corporate AT&T and clarified that the sublet company, is not a valid transfer option.
The employees at this store had clear instructions indicating that my number could not be ported, yet they misled us for an entire week, pretending the process was possible. Instead of being upfront, they failed to communicate properly, provided misinformation, and wasted valuable time.
Additionally, they violated standard procedures by issuing me a temporary phone, which the Woodbridge representative confirmed should never have been provided in this situation.
While waiting to cancel this entire mess, I witnessed four other frustrated customers walk in with complaints—which speaks volumes about the service here.
If you value honesty, efficiency, and basic competence, avoid this store at all costs. They will waste your time and mislead you.

Was disappointed at the Old Bridge location so I left and came here. Desmond took great care of my wife and I. Phone upgrade and 2 iWatch. Although he’s a Cowboys fan. He has great customer service. Go Niners!!

Don’t use AT&T just go do research on what they do to customers bills and how they scam and rob customers before you open a account here all it takes is 3 min to read it and you will save yourself months of misery I promise you this

This location is even worse than the AT&T customer service. Mina sold me an internet air device that could not be registered or enabled and provided no support to help resolved the issue. Even to return the equipment and get the refund, Mina was no help at all. I will not recommend this store.

Okay so it’s 10:33 am and the store isn’t open right now. Even the ATT website says the store opens at 10 am. Sloppy. Very sloppy on behalf of ATT

Balnaly was incredibly helpful and provided superb customer service. She was able to listen to what I needed help with, give me several options of solutions, all while serving multiple other people that arrived coincidentally at the same time. 10/10 will go again solely for her assistance. Any accolade/raise will not serve her justice because she deserves more!

Last minute I decided to trade in phone and stop by at this store that comes on my way going to friend's house when I live 30 miles away . I have a excellent credit so would not have any issue completing trade in online with ATT but I wanted to do it in the store for fast.I was planned to keep my exiting number. They assign new number to my new device and made it worse .I was sent home with incomplete transaction . It took me two month to clean all the mess. False promises and worse place to be . When I went to store they did not even help me and lied to me that it will be fixed but no one return calls. I would not recommend to anyone.
