“I do not recommend getting into a car accident, but if it happens, I 1000000% recommend Straightline. From the moment I walked in for my estimate, the customer service was top notch to say the least. From the awesome ladies up front, to the guys explaining what had to be done, they were awesome. They texted me updates along the way, and my car was ready almost a week before they said it would. This is literally the complete opposite of every other body shop experience I have ever had. “I’ve never seen my car this clean and shiny before. Brought in my Civic Hatch for a maintenance wash yesterday, the staff were extremely nice. They took the car within minutes of bringing in it, and brought it out after decent amount ofTime. They have a nice waiting area with a few amenities such as drinks and coffee and snacks. When the car came back from the detail, the detailer came out and explained everything that he did and any recommendations he has for the car in the future . 100% worth the price and wait. Highly recommend, best service and best work I’ve ever seen at an auto spa. They take their time on their jobs and show such true craftsmanship. “I have to say this guy Stan is a real stand up businessman. I went by weeks ago because my wife hit the curb and curb rashed both wheels on the passenger side. I agreed to the price which was fair and was supposed to drop the vehicle off at night and get it the next day unfortunately we haven’t had the time! “[Update after 4 yrs] For +10 years now continue to use this as my go-to for all things automobile. In between changed Rolla to Beemer to Mazda and had 2nd car Nissan, Santa Fe serviced. From simple oil change to complex electrical work, brakes, transmission, tires, alignment, everything. Never have I left dissatisfied either with their prices or quality of work, yet.Honest and truthful. These days that's all that matter really for an auto body shop. Coupled with reasonable prices this setup is hard to beat. I had my Rolla 07 regularly serviced there including suspension work, water pump, brakes and never had issues with quality, price or timeliness.”

There are some real team players working here (overtime too) just to make sure it's done correctly!I brought my car in because I scrubbed a disgusting amount of frozen bird poop off with a kitchen sponge. I realized the damage I did next morning. However, I asked them if they thought they could repair my paint and they straight up said they didn't know, but wanted to try.
